About Shop & Ship
Shop & Ship is a shipping service that will deliver products shopped at e-commerce websites around the world. The service can be used for delivery of items at your doorstep from more than 16 countries. The list includes US, the UK, China, Turkey, UAE, India, South Africa, Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Singapore, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea and Japan. Members of Shop & Ship get a physical address to shop from sites and have shipments delivered to them in 3-6 business days. Shop & Ship is a service of Aramex. Payment for shipping services can be made online. The products are delivered from the Fulfilment Centre operated by Aramex.
Members of Shop & Ship can purchase from websites that include The Body Shop, Zane, NoQ Store, Streetdeal, Adidas, SunriseClick, Women Thing, Forever21, Oysho, Wonderchef, Xiaomi, Apple, Zalora, Luvclo, Under Armour, Zalora, Marks & Spencer, Kenneth Cole, Lazada, Walmart, ebay, Argos and Ali Express. Shipments of up to US$100 or equivalent are automatically covered by Shop and Ship. Members need to pay a one-time paid lifetime membership to enjoy the services. Use Aramex Locker to place products in a secure locker at your selected location that can only be accessed using a pin code. Shocked at the comments I am reading! I am unable to log into my account to check on my MONTH long shipments and I can’t change my password because I get a 404 error message each time! I have blocked my credit card!
9288798293 Here is my shipment number! Items had arrived UAE since Sat 04th September however price of shipping cost was very high! Not what it can calculate from the application so I have been calling them every single day to follow up and wishing to get right amount and take item! But they absolutely do nothing about it at all! Today is Thursday 16th September still no action!
Terrible customer service, no “Live Chat” and no responses to emails. I’ve tried emailing multiple times and never got a responses, please invest into your customer service.
My shipment arrived yesterday to shop and ship in USA (message received from the shopping store) and still hasn’t appeared in my account and can’t find any SaS contact number to ask
It does not even deserve to be qualified as customer service, the quality of customer treatment is unprofessional.
It’s impossible to reach neither Aramex nor Shop and Ship there is no Phone number or customer care email address.
I have 2 shipments delivered to my SnS Address in France since 9 days and still I’m not notified and the parcels hasn’t appeared in my SnS account.
I believe that they will act if we raise complaints to Ministry of Commerce.

My shipment arrived to my shop and ship account and it’s been days! It still hasn’t appeared in my account and no-one is answering!
Same with me, it has been 5 days with no update regarding my package. It still did not appear in my acct. And I’ve been searching the internet for contact email at least but no use. I sent 2 emails via Aramex customer support they close the query with no action. Still no update about my package!!!!!
I’m really Mad because it’s not the first time . I don’t know how there is no direct email to reach them.

Further more Amazon delivered two packages on the 23rd June, one headphone set and the other a T shirt.
So far I only see two items which is registered but dont see the Bruce Lee T Shirt.
