My courier was sent from mainland China to Bangalore, India on 2/12/22. It has still not reached the address. The tracking device shows delivery failed, but the courier person never contacted the receiving person nor have gone to their address (as confirmed by the security officer of that building). The package number is SF1436407137557. The address given on package is correct and the mobile number of contact person is also correct.
I ordered a backpack for granddaughter who has cancer and going through chemo and all she wanted was this backpack. I ordered it in middle ti late June and said I would have it by first week in July and here I am August 1st and still nothing. The tracking number is SF1133035923210 but says it’s not picked up or delivered 3 months ago. I didn’t order it 3 months ago and there has been no deliveries to my address that I gave. I’m frustrated and mad as hell. My granddaughter keeps asking me where it is and I break her heart everything telling her its not here yet. This is ridiculous
I got in contact with one of their local SFO express service operators. He tried to scam me by charging me 6 US dollars for a box. I called the main office because I knew this was a ridiculous price for a box. Main office said a box cost 15 Rmb for a large one. I got back to the SFO worker and he said I misunderstood. (No misunderstanding because he communicated the information in Chinese). Once I called him out he refused to have my goods picked up! SFO worker of the YEAR! This company has zero integrity.
As I see already there is no one good compliment. So my problem is also the same. The courier SF1421826246123 took my goods from my home and the SF company has sent only part of my goods to DHL. I can’t understand what happened with other part of my goods. Not responsible company.
I have found sf express very unreliable, they have supposed to have delivered a package to my address, so far nothing has turned up. The tracking no. Sf6043070431704 states it has arrived in the uk, but has disappeared, consequently I can not get a refund from the seller as they say the package has been delivered according to sf express, I can not contact sf express due to the fact nobody speaks English.

On June 27, 2019 – Well, another complaint about SF Express. I am presently in China and I tried to schedule an International pick up from China to Canada and it took me 2 days. I called 95338 for a quote and then I was informed to call back the next day to schedule a pick up (not sure why) nevertheless I followed her advice. I called the next day to be informed that I had called the wrong phone number. The International line phone number was 9533883 and offered no English service. Naturally, I was not told about that. I thought that this was interesting. I called back the local number 95338 and they said they would transfer me to the International line. I scheduled a pick up and once the driver (driver phone’s number 156-2585-3357) came and realized that I didn’t speak good Chinese. He left. I called back SF Express to complaint about his behavior and they said they would ask him to come back. Did he come back? No!!! I am still waiting. LOL I did speak via translation tool with the driver apparently I am too sensitive. WOW!!! Seriously???
I was in an accident caused by an SF courier going the wrong way on a One way street I had to have knee reconstructive surgery I suffered with 5 broken ribs in 7 places and the courier took off as soon as he saw I was a white guy let alone he was going the wrong way on a one way street. I have tried to get SF to make good on their promises and now they are playing the its not my department game and don’t have a phone number for the department that deals with these types of things. I am still suffering in pain and the thoracic specialist said I will be in pain from my ribs for the rest of my life. I do not know what I’m supposed to do. They won’t own up to the fact that their people caused the accident and didn’t make sure that they obey they law because getting more packages out and profit is more important than some guys pain and suffering for the rest of his life or him looking his job because his knee is gives the school he was employed by fear that I may not be able to recover fully so they don’t want to chance it and renew my contract. I just want them to help me with the bills and my losses but they don’t seem to care. Money is the only thing they seem to care about and if I died so what. I was left on the side of the road like a dog getting hit by a car. Even a dog would have been treated better than the way their personnel treated me.
The tracking of the package shows that the delivery was attempted but the package could not be delivered. However, there was no door bell ring and no delivery that was attempted. I keep trying to get a return authorization number or directions for returning an item I purchases that was not representative of the picture. I keep getting and auto email stating you will be back in touch but no one ever responds. Look at previous emails to get details or I can send invoice if someone will respond with a contact. Very dissatisfied customer!
