These red charging cables ruined 5 phones and 2 tablets and I’ve been dealing with Amazon’s 3rd Party company Sedgwick since September 14, 2022. They first asked me to submit an estimate so they could issue payment to repair my devices which I did. Then they changed up after I submitted my estimate and said that they were going to get ahold of the manufacturer they then emailed and said since the manufacturer didn’t respond that they would have it resolved within 3 days and that was 7 days ago mind you I’ve had to go and spend money I didn’t have to purchase new temporary devices in order to be able to stay in contact with my terminally ill fiance who has stage 4 cancer. I’ve lost access to bank, social media, email and various accounts for I am having a hard time verifying that I’m myself. It’s been almost 3 whole months of pure hell
Sedgwick is the worst company ever to deal with when it comes to claims, forms, and customer service. Absolutely ZERO help. Only time you get contacted is when a form is “incomplete”, other than that, you are on your own. How they are in business is beyond me.
I donโt understand how this company is so large but NO ONE answers the phone. There is no coverage, no assistance, no help, no answers. I am pursuing this as they should not be allowed to get away with this.
My claim was made July 11 2022 claim #35235103. Greg the team manager does not respond to texts or phone calls. His co-worker has hung up on me twice speaks broken English and gives out totally wrong info. She called and said get it fixed and provided a claim number. So I go ahead and make plans to do so. I paid $300 to move my trailer to the repair shop. So five days prior to taking it there she contacts me and says it’s not approved yet so now I am out of pocket $300 due to Isabelle wrong info. I really need to talk to someone in person.
WORST insurance company to deal with. I was on the phone for 3 hrs 20 min and all they did was transferring me to 9 different # to end up being transferred to a manager that said that he didn’t know anything about my claim and that he didn’t have a number or contact to provide me and gave me a general email.
Absolutely the worse company. Never calls back, had 4 representatives in over a year. No one know what they are doing. Never returns emails. When call corporate they connect you to a dead line just hangs up. On hold some days over 3 hours and no one answers. Have stopped payments for no reason, no response no call nothing and no one will call back. Called BBB still nothing. Filed complaint, and still nothing.
This is the worst company to work with, no return phone calls or emails, they tell you there is someone hnadling your case but cant tell you their name, but will get them a message to call you. They never do, you are left in pain and frustration for months with no resolve.
I agree! Nobody answers phone, emails, etc. This is ridiculous. This is the worst company to deal with, I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a month! I leave messages and send emails daily with no response. Claim number doesn’t work either, says my handler is Claudia M but i’m starting to think she isn’t a real person.
I don’t believe any humans actually work at sedgwick. It’s just a non-website designed to drive anyone who needs to speak with someone absolutely mad. The chat feature Carey is a joke and can only help if your question is one of the three options offered, otherwise it’s a loop of non-response.
This is the worst company to deal with ever!! I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a month and a half! I leave messages and send emails daily with no response. Once I reported them to the Better Business Bureau they then sent me an update email asking for more information.
Sedgwick is a very sad company. I have been paying cash for a prescription for months that they are supposed to cover because of my WC case. Everything I have done has been a dead end. Now, my doctor’s office has finally managed to get through to the NY state WC board to submit reports on my treatments {which has been their advise for over a year} and still, they refuse to approve my meds. They are cruel and care nothing for the people who are injured and had to file workers compensation cases. That’s what they’re there for, yet they try to weasel out of everything and pass the buck. I also have another issue that they refuse to take care of. Wish there was another company to deal with, but I’m stuck with Sedgwick. You’d think they would be ashamed of all the complaints they have and there are a lot. Obviously, they don’t care…just to save a buck.
This is the worst company Sedgwick, I have a claim since January and I do not get an update or any call back. I have called 8 times emailed over 5 times and no response. I have waited over 3 hours on the phone and no answer.
This is the worst company I have dealt with. I got injured on the 18th of August 18 2021 and I have been trying to reach some one since. It is now Sept 7 and I have received no reply. I have sent numerous emails and leave messages. I called Corporate and was on hold for over a 1/2 hour and no one answered.
I have never dealt with a company like this no one answers the phone for one week. No call backs. No communication at all. Worked for 33 years, never had an injury, but weight fell on my foot requiring an Xray. Xray said foot had contusion. Use ice, no heavy lifting. Etc. Called at least 15 times to sedgewick. No response. I feel so sorry for workers who rely on sedgiwick for resolution of their problems.
I am about to fire the attorney and have the company take care of treatment. How much will they will they give me for treatment ? It should be enough to cover all treatment, not just part of it. I would like that put in there as well that they will cover all treatment.
