Hi
A few weeks ago my husband was to collect me at work but the car wouldn’t start, I walked to dalgety bay station with a broken foot then realised I didn’t take my purse. I didn’t know what to do and I felt panicked. However the train Guard / Conductor saw me hovering and asked if I was ok, so I explained to him what happens, he let me on the train I was so grateful.
We always see or hear negative stuff about public transport tec ..I just wanted to share my experience.
I travelled from Inverurie to aberdeen then in to Stirling . Having just had an operation i was unable to carry anything heavy so was depending on lifts which I was struggling to find in aberdeen However,Dave the conductor carried my case from one train to the other platform and then helped me into the train and then took my case down for me again before Stirling . If you have an employee of the month he should be considered he was a great help to me and made my journey much easier than I was anticipating.
