July 31-2021:
I bought a side-by-side fridge at Baan&Beyond Chiang Mai winter 2017. It has worked without any problems until 2 months ago when suddenly all cooling stopped. I was absent abroad so my wife called Samsung Service Centre who said they could come after about a week. Imagine in the tropics waiting for over a week for somebody to show-up.
She contacted a local repairman who found the main board of the inverter to be defective (after only 3.5 years) and replaced it. Cost THB 6,000. Yesterday cooling stopped again, although temp-indicator on door showed -20 in freezer and +3 in fridge, everything was melted in freezer and fridge was actually 15 degr. C. I am engineer myself and concluded no, or not enough refrigerant in system because compressor was running and piping hot but side of unit cool and is supposed to be warm to hot for cooling. Most probably failty compressor or leak in system.
Total costs of repair and lost food > THB 12,000 so far.
SAMSUNG as one of the world brands should strongly improve quality control; and design, as well as service in order to survive in a competitive world. I will not buy anything of them after spending on 2 large TV’s, fridge, Galaxy Note etc. for over 10 years!.
Today went to Samsung Service Center Pattaya to ask them to replace the battery in my Gear S3 Classic watch.
They told me it would cost THB 2500 but that they did not have the battery in store, so they told me I have to go to Samsung Bangkok to have it fixed.
I asked them if they could order the battery, send to Pattaya and fix it there, but that is not possible it seems.
THIS IS NOT WHAT I CALL “SERVICE”, You do not ask a client to travel to Bangkok to have things fixed!!!!!!

This repair service has wasted so much of my time. Every time I go to get my phone it is going to take longer with reassurances all the time. If I knew the amount of time I would have never had it fixed. The whole process is very discouraging.
Good morning,

This machine was bought on 16-06-2018 at HomePro Ubon Ratchathani. (See attachment)
I had a Samsung 7 Kg washing machine broken after already 4.5 years but it was never shuddering or had noise during spinning at the end of the cycle.
The new 8 Kg. machine has the problem of heavy noise and shuddering from the very first use.
It is making a lot of noise and is shuddering during the spinning cycle.
HomePro consulted Samsung tech and Samsung took the machine with them after testing.
It was clearly not OK.
Samsung brought back the machine after a few days with the message that nothing was wrong with the machine but the floor where the machine was located is on not levelled.
They extensively tested it again but with the same result and is heavy noise and shuddering.
They took out the foot, used the “old foot” of the 7 Kg. broken machine and even no foot.
But the noise and shuddering remains.
In my opinion the problem of heavy noise and shuddering has nothing to do with the floor.
The old Samsung had no problem on the same location.
The machine is stable during a cycle until spinning starts.
I think I am and very sure the problem is laundry is not divided properly in the drum just before starting the spin.
Every time I use this machine I have to stop the spinning after a few minutes by shutting it off because the movement of the drum is so extensive it WILL cause harm and damage to this machine.
It cannot be normal I have to shut down the machine to prevent damaging it.
Samsung has to do something with problem
