S7 Airlines, formerly known as Siberia Airlines, was founded in the year 1957. Today it is the largest domestic airline in Russia with a fleet of some 60 aircrafts. Booking of tickets can be done on the website or using the S7 mobile app. Payments can be done using Visa/MasterCard credit cards, or at any S7 ticket office nearest to your address. In addition to flights, fliers can also book a hotel, rent a car and do much more on one single platform. Not sure about the schedule? Or looking for a flight status? If you need to make a change to your existing reservation, simply login on the website and do the necessary to your itinerary. That is not all, you can avoid the queues at check-in counters by doing a web check-in for your flight.
There are two cabin classes – Economy and Business class. Passengers of Business Class enjoy priority check-in, increased baggage allowances, lounge access, spacious seats, fine dining and rich in-flight entertainment. S7’s Business Lounges are currently available at Domodedovo (Moscow) and Tolmachevo (Novosibirsk).
Coming to baggage, S7 allows Economy Class passengers to carry 1 piece of cabin bag with max weight not more than 7kg. For check-in bag, S7 allows 1 piece with max weight not more than 23 kg. Do you use S7 often for your travel? Then you must enrol to the S7 Priority frequent flier program through which you can earn and redeem miles. You can earn miles on flights (including on oneworld alliance airlines), hotel reservations, car rental, shopping and bank cards. There are four membership tiers – Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Besides points, members enjoy a range of benefits that include free excess baggage, priority check-in and boarding, access to lounges, among others. Only Gold and Platinum members can have access to business class lounges.

It is with great regret that I am writing this email. I have booked S7 flight from(Date 12/08/2016) Dubai – Moscow. Them Moscow –perm and the same return as well. I have missed my Moscow perm flight because of the customs and emigration checking at the airport. Then I have bought a full ticket paying the full amount 11,000 rub. The customer service agent was not ready to change time of the flight.
After all this once we reached perm we called to the call center and they say that our booking is cancelled from perm to Moscow and from there to Dubai . I mean how is that possible under IATA rules. How can someone cancel tickets just like that. I told them I have taken another ticket from S7 it self for Moscow to perm . but they did not listen.
I wanted to change my time from perm to Moscow as I did not want to miss the Moscow Dubai flight. Now they said if you pay a fine of 10,000 rub you can activate that ticket. Change of time is allowed in my ticket. But they charged for that too. The final message they sent me was for 20,000 rub. Kindly note I have again paid a full fare for perm to Moscow. This is too much and ridiculous. These are completely unethical and I will definitely spread this word.
I hope you take a action and reimburse the money .

I HAVE PURCHASED A S7 TICKET FROM LED – MOSCOW FOR 22ND JUNE 2016. SINCE I WONT BE GOING I NEED TO CANCEL THE TICKET. IAM NOT BEING ABLE TO DO SO FROM MANAGE MY BOOKING OR BY CALLING,. PLEASE ADVICE ME ON HOW IT IS DONE AS I DONT REMEMBER THE WEBSITE I BOUGHT THE TKTS FROM IN FEBRUARY.
MY ORDER NO IS AP39VJ. AND I PAID RUB5,070/- BY CREDIT CARD.
