Reel Cinemas is one of the largest cineplex in the UAE. The brand is found in two of the most popular shopping malls – The Dubai Mall and the Dubai Marina Mall. First opened in the year 2009, the cineplex is operated by Emaar Entertainment. Recently, it opened two new branches at The Beach, JBR and the City Walk. I am so annoyed and frustrated that my refund for unlimited pass has not been credited to my account yet. It has been 30+ days since the request has been initiated yet no evidence that it has been processed.
Worst, your finance has sent me email saying there was no record of any payment from my end – SERIOUSLY????
After the unlimited card was issued to me (which by the way you will NOT issue if NOT paid) i returned them the same day (2 cards) since i am unable to get the slot. The staff has filled in the refund form, recall my unlimited cards (2 cards) from me and ask me to signed off the form.
Got a refund for 1 unlimited pass on Jan 7 and the other card is still pending up to this day.
I replied to your Finance attaching screenshot of my Credit card SOA highlighting the amount that was charged and debited from my account and image of the actual form Reel Cinema staff has filled in and signed off.
I need a quick resolution on this as this issue is obviously long long overdue!!!!
