Please note that customer service department in Egypt-New nozha branch proposed that I issue a credit card and they asked for an HR letter from my company,a bill for electricity or gas and my ID. I got all the needed documents including an HR letter from Johnson and Johnson Egypt since last week of Feb and I received a phone call from the customer service today informing me that I need to have a certificate for 20,000 EGP in order to provide me with a credit card for 18,000 EGP because there’s no agreement between the bank and the company regarding credit cards ignoring the fact that I got the documents originally requested by the bank and an HR letter with verified signatures from Johnson and Johnson Egypt! The needed documents on your website don’t include such a requirement and I wasn’t informed by this requirement when I visited the bank and now I’m travelling next Saturday and my card isn’t issued and this is my only bank account where I have my pay roll so I will seriously consider transferring my pay roll to another bank that can provide me with a credit card as per the normal requirements for any bank.very disappointed that I got such a late notification(more than 20 days after applying for credit card) that I can’t issue a credit card without a certificate which I consider a very unprofessional way of handling customers requests.
