Purolator is the worst shipping company i’ve got the experience from. I would really suggest people to not go with this company for their packages as they only think for themselves not the customers. All they want is customer should be available according to them to get their packages but drivers will do what they want.
Purolator did not even attempt delivery. Just found out they said they were unable to deliver my package when I was at home waiting for them!! Called their office and they said it would be re-delivered today! This morning got an email to pick it up! FFS, what is wrong with this company??
I want to thank Sandy in the call centre and the driver in the London Thame Center area for making sure my Package was delivered today Your kindness and understanding was so appreciated
I have called to resolved my issue and ran out of time waiting for a human to answer. I have tried the automated customer service text and found it frustrating since nothing I said as a reply was understood and options did not cover my issue. I have also sent emails to customer service as suggested here. And I still have no reply at all from company. I do not get good reception so email is my best option. The expedited package was very late and no longer needed and was charged $90 for a 1lb package to go 67.5 kms.
Just wanted to tell Purolator that Christopher, who answered the phone, went out his way to make my home delivery possible- Purolator handed it off to a so, third party (5 drawer chest of drawers) – I still don’t have it yet – but Kudos to Christopher …. Live in a condo, when you can’t get in unless someone buzzed you up – so, I put my life on hold for 2 days- & I still don’t have it!
I wish Purolator would ring the door bell when they drop off packages from Amazon. All the other carriers do. Yesterday your delivery guy just dumped it in the snow and the whole box was wet.
