Peach is a Japanese low cost airline that began operations in the year 2012. With its main hubs at Kansai International Airport, Naha Airport and Narita International Airport, the airline connects to over 20 destinations. Owned and operated by Peach Aviation Limited, the airline as of 2014 employed some 700 people.
Destinations covered by Peach include Tokyo, Sendai, Sapporo, Seoul, Busan, Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Miyazaki, Osaka, Okinawa, Kagoshima, Ishigaki, Hong Kong and Taipei. Dear Sirs/Madams,
My friend and her daughter booked a flight from Bangkok to Naha, but somehow website was refreshed and it turned that outbound and inbound date was the same day after payment occurred!
They planed to travel with my family in October. Would you please advise what we should do? Do they need to rebook or could you change the outbound date? If they need to rebook the ticket, would you please advise the refund process for the first booking?
As today is the last day of promotion ticket, if you can reply today, it would be much appreciated.

We were denied boarding our flights because
my partner is Mexican and they said he needed
a visa when all we were doing was changing airplanes
in Taiwan to travel on to Vietnam on another carrier.
We had contacted the Taiwan Consulate office in Seattle
and they said NO VISA WAS REQUIRED TO transit the airport
or any of their terminals. We lost all of our flights and
had to buy more tickets to Vietnam from Japan at the last moment. Customer Service was rude at the airport and no real English skills, or at least they pretended. ROTTEN PEACH IS MORE LIKE IT!
My flight was cancelled by the flooding on Kansai airport. And Peach doesn’t provide a system for refunding at all. Their site is unclear, there is no contact address … and they indicate they charge an administration fee for a refund that I can’t even fill in.
I just got off the phone with the Peach Airlines Head office in Osaka, told them my situation in which I physically cannot make it to a flight, and they straight out told me no to a refund that could help me get to my destination.
This company was extremely unhelpful. The operators are rude and refuse to help in any way possible.

Peach Aviation denied us boarding passes – Ref flight from ICN-KIX on 6/28/18, due to my mom not having a Japan Visa. We have a 2hr layover in Osaka and transferring to another airline Scoot with Honolulu, Hawaii as final destination. We were not able to leave Korea and miss our flight to Honolulu all together.
Japan immigration states that “No visa is required for transiting in Japanese airports if you have immediate flight connections.
I am demanding a refund of the airfare I paid your company.
I booked a ticket for me and for my wife, from Seoul to Kasani, Osaka, but mistakenly I cancelled the booking and there are no way that I can contact with them and ask for refund of rebooking the ticket again. could anyone have any idea who can I solve the problem. or if you know any contact number in South Korea that will also be helpful.
BLUF: Do not use Peach airlines. Peach airlines does not have an international standard not even Japanese standard either.
All airlines have a policy of free cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours, but Peach DOES NOT have that basic minimum customer courtesy.
I accidently made a reservation due to lagging of connection. You know sometimes, it responds two things at one time.
Then, I called Peach Airlines right after, but they said, stone cold answer, NO.
And they said, that is the way they do the business.
BAD experience with this company. This will be my first and last business with it.

Your system security questions just continues to have me enter endless codes and never realizes that I am indeed a human that wants to buy a ticket. The system is terrible. Your website times out during my booking. Your company charged my credit card for the flight, but never sent me any confirmation. Is this really how you conduct business?!?

On 5th of October 2017, I flew from Seoul to Kansai International Airport, Osaka. For the hope that Peach is good at its service and reasonable price, my first disappointment started when my flight delayed and this caused me to miss my bus and train to reach my hotel in Japan. Sadly, there were no arrangements for peach customers who landed in OSAKA late night.
More than that, I am writing this message to report my very bad experience when I returned on 10th of October 2017 (Unacceptable behavior from Peach staffs at the airport_KIX). According to your rules, for international flights, check-in closes 50 minutes before scheduled departure time. However, I was surprised (of course with other customers around) how your staffs closed check in at 17 pm whereas the flight was scheduled to take off at 18:10. Worse enough, nobody took care of me (us). As a result of these failures of customer care and unseriousness to helping customers, with many other people I do not know we just went to Terminal 1 at the airport late night to find out available flights.
Sadly, there were no flights for my expected budget. This means, I lost my money at peach, and I purchased another flight for the other day. Do you know where I spent the night? Do you care about what I ate? Is there any follow-up service of where your customers who were supposed to fly with peach gone?
With all of the questions and concerns, I would appreciate if your company would at least refund me some money to cover your poor service and consider my complaints. Otherwise, I feel sorry that It will take years to fly with peach again. I am sending you this email to give you a chance to redeem your reputation and probably earn back my trust.

Hi, the phone number doesn’t work, I want to book a flight but next to my first name I have three middle names. My name is in total 27 characters long and the error occurs that my name can not be longer than 20 characters. Do I have to leave some middle names out? Or how do I book an online flight with Peach aviation
We took Peach’s 13:15 flight from Okinawa to Hong Kong on September 18, 2017 and we are very disappointed by their group staff, especially Ms. Tamaki (??).
She asked us if she can copy our HK ID, and we agreed. Then she started copying our passports. When we asked her why she is copying our passports, she said “we copy everyone’s”, while the guy, who standing right by us, holding US passport,and also checking in to Hong Kong, his passport are not copied!
when we tried to ask her why she is copying our passports and why not his, she CANNOT provide an answer and IGNORED our questions.
Later we tried to get our passport copied back, she even threathened us for not letting us get on the airplane.
How can a ground staff lied to customers’ face and ignore their questions?
Peach is apparently not training their staff well and I can’t believe I was receiving such service from an Airline.
We also felt strongly discriminated becuase we are NOT a US passport holder.
Can someone provide us a legit explanation on how we were treated this way?

I just came back from Kansai airport by your planes. It was from HK 25/1/2017 (MM0064) and back today with the flight MM0063. Honestly, although this is the first time I use your service, the experience is not really good.
On 25/1/2017, the flight MM0064 was delayed for one hour and we ended up missing the last JR train to Osaka city. Throughout the process, there was no explanation. The delay was originally 15 minutes and then extended to one hour. On claiming back our luggages MM638767 and MM598685, I noticed something suspicious: my small bag of internal plug and mobile phone plug was detached from my luggage and left on the belt alone. Somebody MUST have taken it out intentionally cause the small bag was secured with 2 zippers of the luggage. Since it was already late midnight and we didn’t want to miss the bus, so I checked the luggage after arriving at the hotel. At that time, I suspected I have another package lost: a pile of CNY yellow packets (preparing to give the guards on coming back to HK) with our church’s name and all with HK $20 in each packet. That was approximately amounted to $800. I didn’t report at that time because I was afraid that I might have misplaced it at home. So today when I arrived home. I checked carefully and confirmed the loss.
Is there any way to check which staff was involved in the process and is it possible there was criminal offense involved? How can I claim back my loss?

I was waiting for my refund points as well since i cancelled my flight. was trying to rebook my cancelled flight but there’s no option for points either. When are you going to send my points? and how to use this points if you dont have options?
I felt very disappointed for your service, we booked wrongly the meal, and do not want waste food, requested to change meal, but you did not allow us to do so.
Nowadays, I do not understand why Peach airline can not allow us to have such simple service, just change meal, not say cancel.
I must bad list this Peach airline on my travel list in future, no point to use their “Services” /buy the ticket again.
I have been receiving emails from you about Peach sales.As I am in England please unsubscribe me as soon as possible as I will not be visiting Japan for some time maybe five to ten years so this information is no longer relevant to me thank you very much for your cooperation JamesvRose
Peach does NOT take calls. They do NOT offer customer service. They only offer information online… again you CANNOT email them or call them… Yes, the numbers are correct however it’s just recordings telling you to use their website.
I will never fly with them again.
I have tried multiple times to call both numbers listed here- it is impossible to speak to someone in customer services, it just goes straight to a machine for options, reads out a script which directs you to their website and then hangs up.
There is no email contact whatsoever.
I am trying to contact them because they owe me refunded points and they haven’t sent them through to me.
Surely they cant make it this impossible to speak to a representative?
This must be against trading standards?
Any advice or further info?
