Pathetic service, i sent 2 parcels to Germany, using UPS as the carrier. Picked up on the 25th of July 2022, in Germany on the 27th, cleared customs 28th. Now am seeing messages on the tracking saying that, at the request of the sender the parcels are being returned to the sender. Why would i want them returned ? I want them delivered to a friend in Germany.
p2go have opened an investigation into what has happened, saying they will contact me when they hear anything. It has been 3 days now.
Great delivery . Parcel left outside our flat on pavement. Why not delivery to us . Very bad service spent all day at home waiting for it to be left on pavement .
These comments reflect my own frustrations with Parcel2Go. Impossible phone contact or speak live to a human operator made more difficult as my landline on BT broadband won’t allow calls to premium rate numbers anyway. Over recent weeks my eBay sales booked for a 2day service insured are ‘In Transit’ according to tracking for up tp 7-10dys, a few now have reached 15days with buyers requesting refunds which eBay are paying out of my account. Infuriating as the chances of ever seeing parcels again is a double loss. Parcel2Go are ‘investigating’ the whereabouts of parcels but by the time I have waited 7-10 days for further information my buyers have lost confidence in ME, not PARCEL2GO and they have little joy in chasing matter up themselves through tracking info even though they can see parcel is stuck ‘In Transit’ for days on end. It takes me months too of frustrating emails and photo’s to gain any compensation. I will just have to increase my postage charges to cover tracking and change to a more reliable if dearer courier service. This simply isn’t worth the stress or loss of profits.
We returned a phone using Parcel2Go but it never reached the company we bought it from – we insured it but trying to make a claim is impossible – the parcel was sent on 16th December. a week later we started a claim – we were promised it would be resolved by 4th Feb, we are still trying to speak to someone. We’ve lost ยฃ150 phone and its created an enormous amount of stress we will never use Parcel2Go again.
Stay well clear of using parcel2go, sent a item i sold on eBay only for the amount of ยฃ44 through them with added insurance, it got damaged in their care, so it was sent back from my customer for a refund, opened a case with parcel to go, sent all the evidence they asked for all pics. Came back and said your case is closed due to them not receiving the documentation by the closing date, yet I was within the closing date by 14 days, sent them the proof of their own email stating the date, so they opened the case up again asking for exactly the same information and evidence as i had sent the first time, so sent it all through yet again. They came back this morning with a closed case saying I haven’t sent enough evidence, its just going round and round with the same thing and not getting anywhere.
I am in the same boat as the above people, parcel collected paid for insurance paid for, when delivered it looked as if it had been in a punch bag despite the care taken to wrap the item, Parcel2go will not honour their commitment. These complaints all seem to be individuals, does this indicate that the small individual does not matter to this company?
I am appalled at the apparent lack of customer service and or taking care of any problem that arises!!!! I have spent a good two hours on and off over the past week trying to fill a form which they wont acknowledge for lack of a box to explain the position with the parcel that they acknowledge was dropped off but not delivered!!
If your parcel goes missing or is not delivered you might as well write it off. You have zero chance of contacting anyone. The’online chat’ is a joke and not worth bothering with. When I submitted a ‘lost’ enquiry I was emailed and told it had been found and delivered – WRONG !!
I cannot get hold of this company! They say that my parcel has been delivered. I have been in all day and have a camera on the front of the house no one has come.
The number they give rings off as soon as it answers.
Customer service team is ineffective,. I have a case that I am dealing with currently where it is currently my 2nd enquiry today and I am still not getting answers around where my parcel currently is.
I have battled for weeks to get this company to accept responsibility and liability for the damage to a parcel I sent a while ago. This parcel containing the complete collection of the works of Charles Dickens. I sold the books on eBay but when the arrived at the recipientโs address, the box was open and six books were missing. I have had countless emails to Parcel2Go where I have been asked for evidence of damage and photos. I have given every photo that I had but had no photo of the interior of the box, just the outside. However, I sent a photo of the complete collection as well as a photo that the recipient supplied, including a list of the missing titles. My computer hadnโt been working well and I struggled terribly to upload everything using my phone. I eventually had a phone conversation where I was told I could attach all the evidence I had to an email. This I did several times, but to no avail. I kept getting the same demands of evidence and this case was closed for the second time. I paid the postage, including a fee to insure my parcel for ยฃ20. I am a pensioner, nearly 69 years old, not too bad at dealing with online tasks, but trying to get anywhere with a complaint this way has been unimaginably difficult. Itโs as this is deliberately made so, which is shocking! How do other people with no technology skills cope?! This process has been unbelievably stressful. Dealing with the irate recipient and trying to get this company to accept liability has been tortuous and makes the companyโs behaviour appear incredibly shameful. My reference was P2G95112482.
They took my order and my money and three times they tried to collect my parcel and every time they came up with a different story. 1st it wasnโt packed right. 2nd it was too heavy even though I had given them an accurate weight at the time of booking ! And finally it was a prohibited item ?
No way of contacting them, no phone number and the help line says they need more information!!
I have tried to cancel my delivery and ask for refund. It keeps saying need more information but will not let me type any on live chat. So I don’t no how to get though as there is no longer any phone contact working.
VERY ANNOYED AT THEIR INACCURACY AND WANTING ANOTHER PAYMENT – I sent a copper kettle with parcel2go and removed the handle so that it fitted the size for the weight, etc. Parcel2go then contacted me via email to ask for the postage charge once more, as they said it had been measured way higher than it was. This simply wasn’t true. I sold the item on ebay and didn’t even get the money to cover paying once more for the postage. a complete rip off. I want photographic evidence to prove they are correct otherwise I will use Interparcel and the PO which incidently wasn’t very much more, but a lot less hassle.
I’m having frustration re item P2G50838436 which was supposed to be sent to me in AUSTRALIA but someone has interpreted Aust. as meaning AUSTRIA!
Contacting people to correct this error has been met with “only the sender can alter the address”. Unfortunately the sender is unresponsive to emails so contacting them is not getting anywhere.
Note we are not talking about CHANGING the address, but CORRECTING the address.
This is a VERY frustrating situation as it is still headed for Austria.
I cannot track my parcel. It failed to be collected so I rebooked collection since then I have no idea where it is and cannot get through on either telephone number. Nor can I connect with the online chat room as before.
