Headquartered at Centurion, OUTsurance employs more than 4,300 and operates as a subsidiary of RMI Holdings. The company claims to have paid out over R3 billion in cash OUTbonuses and saved hundreds of millions of rands in premiums. I have written to Outsurance many, many, MANY times explaining that I am hearing impaired and CANNOT, note (!) CANNOT hear a conversation over the phone. Yet, every time I email them, the email comes back that they would rather talk and that I must phone them. When is Outsurance going to start LISTENING to the client?? Do I move to another company that will communicate with me via email, because Outsurance as sure as anything don’t want to bother with writing emails?!!
I can find no way to cancel my vehicle policy, extremely frustrating as i am in the UK and cannot call. I had to fly suddenly and had to sell my car.
There is no email address for queries. This is frustrating. They are quick to sell and bother you with ads and emails, but u cant even reach them when u need to.
I want to cancel the insurance policy because it’s full of lies, an Agent advised that there would be no excess only to find that there is a basic excess on the contract. You Are deceiving people. Fortunately I had recorded my conversation with an agent..if my contract is not canceled I will tell other people not to sign up with you.

I want to cancel a new policy that was set up last week, I was not keen on taking it out straight away but felt a little pressured. Omg, all I want is a letter of confirmation that I am a client and that my policy is still current. I am a ballet teacher and I need to prove each year in January to the schools I teach at that my public liability policy is paid up. But I cannot find an email address anywhere. I don’t want to complain and I don’t want a new policy I just want a letter of confirmation. I am amazed at how hard this has been. Please help me.
