good afternoon, I have a flight scheduled for 20.03.2020 with my family: my husband and four children.Book OZVEZ9, but we can’t get from Russia (Saint Petersburg)to Helsinki and make our flight .How can I cancel my reservation without loss due to the current situation? Thanks.Sincerely, Alexandra Slobo
On 21st September I took my flight D8404 from Helsinki (Finland) to Nice (France) with my 8 months old baby son. When I arrived at the “Oversized language till” at Helsinki International Airport, I asked a member of staff for a special sticker, after getting it I was requested to live the stroller as oversized luggage.
After arriving at the Nice International Airport I discovered that there were missing two important parts of the stroller: The Rain Cover and the most important part – The Bumper Bar.
I immediately informed the “Luggage Service” staff at the Nice International Airport, and I was advised to claim both lost parts directly to Norwegian Airlines.
Taking into account that the stroller is almost new and its usage (without lost parts) has been making the item uncomfortable, I tried to claim both lost stroller’s parts back or damage compensation. Unfortunately, my claim was ignored by the company.
I would recommend to AVOID this unreliable air company!
I am so furious right now with this airlines. My daughter purchased a ticket to find out it didnt include baggage. I tried to pay for her baggage online and when completing the transaction, it said that the transaction expired ( the offer to pay online had expired due to now the flight was within a 6 hour window frame of purchasing a ticket). My daughter is stuck in Madrid with no money and no person there that she knows as it was she was coming home from Algeria on a medical emergency. I called customer service and held for 20 minutes till a represenative came on, he told me that he could not do anything and he put me on hold for another hour and thirty minutes and never came back. The lady at the counter would not allow me to pay now double for her baggage and she is stranded in Madrid when she is needing to get back to the states to have a gallbladder removed. She has NO money and no way home. What airlines does that.
To whom it may concerns
Iโm very unhappy with what has been done about my flight from Stockholm A. for Roma Fiumicino, booked on Nov. 23-2018; Booking Reference OKTW3R.
With an Email of Jan 25 2019, someone moved me from the flight D81001-13 May 2019, leaving at 12,45 Stockholm-Arlanda, for Rome-Fiumicino, to the flight DY4355-13 May 2019, leaving at 07,25 Stockholm A. for Rome-Fiumicino, when Iโll be there from New York at 11,35, with the flight DY7006, (4 hours and 10โ after the flight for Rome leaved Stockholm!!?) In addition, at the beginning the Email, says something very funny: โUnfortunately, due to this change there is not enough time between your flightsโ???
In the evening of Jan 26 19, I did call Norwegian at 1800-35746594 asking if there was any logical explanation, for such โฆ upside down-nonsense, without any satisfaction.
So, would you please, take care about such upside-down nonsense, in a reasonable way?
Thanks you very much, best regards.

Your website has some serious issues when it comes to reserving a flight in Argentina.
The main issue is that when I get to payment section, I enter my card number and then pops up the following message: “ARS payments can only be made with cards issued in Argentina. Select a different currency or payment card.” The problem is that there is no option to select a different currency. Thus for now I am unable to book on your website.
I was on a cancelled flight on sept 20,2018.. I want compensation for my missed flights in nyc. I was flying Oslo to nyc. I have two jet blue flights from nyc to rochester ny.. please look into this.
I am writing in regards to a cancellation of flights booking reference OQ866N On the 25th of Aug 2018 due to my partner having a stroke a week before travelling. on numerous times with the contact centre but keep receiving the same automated response. can some one please respond. Very disappointing as the other airlines refunded within a week of cancellation.

My daughter recently purchased an economy fare ticket to the US in October and i wanted to know if it is possible for me to pay the difference for an upgrade.
Will Norwegian Airlines be offering nonstop flights between Barcelona, Spain and Oakland, California in the month of May, 2019? If so, when will they be posted so we can make a reservation. We noticed that the prices are increasing; and, if you do not offer a nonstop flight from BCN to OAK, we will book into another City.
Thank you for your help.
Ralph
hi,
I would like to buy an extra luggage and your website doesn’t work, even for another upgrade, my flight is in a few hours and i really need do add an extra luggage. it’s not possible for me too call and it seems hard to contact you.
Kind regards
It is very difficult to contact you at Boston Logan airport but our flight to London Gatwick was cancelled (Friday 10 August) leaving us stranded in Boston. Having been told eventually that we would not be put on a flight until Monday we rebooked on Aer Lingus today (Saturday). Now I see Norwegian has rebooked us on Sunday 12th flight to Gatwick but I can’t cancelled it as I booked the original flight through Expedia. I contacted them but also need to make sure Norwegian cancelled our return flight so we can claim a refund. Please make sure that this message is passed on. Booking was for Penelope Hirsch and Andrew Peckham.
Last evening our flight from Aaalborg to London was cancelled and we were diverted to Copenhagen Airport. It was well past 00.30 we were processed by Menzies on behalf of Norwegian Airlines. We were allocated 115 Kr voucher to spend at 7 eleven at Terminal 2. I was appalled to see a man without any protective equipment was preparing food on an open counter and handling processed chicken meat with bare hands. When I spoke to him he was very rude and the manager came over but he continued as before. Obviously, we could not buy the sandwiches so we had to settle for a banana and drink.
My question is are these people trained in food safety and hygiene? Why there is no supervision?
You provide business to this outfit why are you allowing them to put your reputation at risk?
Hi,
I’m writing in regards about my rewards. Can please transfer my points from my old account 61654671 (45 cash rewards ) to my new account 89113579. I was advised by Bohdan at chat service that this was possible. I tried numerous of times to update my information but I was unsuccessful. That is the reason why I created a new profile.
