I was charged $78 for a $74 Chloé perfume so requested the manager to refund me the money and re-charge me the right amount. Throughout the refund procedure, the employees kept murmuring something in Spanish (i assume) which was unprofessional. I paid with a Mastercard and they refunded the amount back to my card without having to insert the card. I came home to realize that they refunded me less than what I had paid for! I bought the same perfume again with them for the correct price but since they didn’t refund the full amount i’m at loss! Calling them would charge me as i do not live in US! This is ridiculous and poor service, with careless employees.
Hi
I would like to bring the following to your attention:
I purchased a ladies fragrance gift set (Eternity 100ML + Body Lotion) from the Duty Free at Terminal J on Friday, 08-03-2018 which cost $80.00.
I opened it when I returned back home to the UK and used both the perfume and body lotion today. Both the perfume and body lotion have very little smell (the body lotion actually smells off).
My presumption is that this purchase is from very old stock and has “gone off”. I am very disappointed as I have used this perfume for many years as I am limited to what I can use on my skin and it cost me $80.00.
Regards.
