Please have respect for those wanting to buy food at the venue . On numerous occasions I have seen underage children wanting to pay for food with cash and were rejected . Please be aware that some people may be low on credit on their cards and are unable to pay .
Kind regards John
After attending the MCG on Anzac day I was disappointed that ALL the food outlets do not serve Diet Coke. There was Coke No Sugar but it isn’t and doesn’t taste as good. Surely there can be room in the fridge for Diet Coke lovers like myself who prefer it. There was room in the fridge the last time I went to the MCG, why was it changed?
Dear MCG customer service,
I wish to express my thanks to an MCG ‘supervisor’ (Suzanna)and Auskick assistant (Mel) who assisted my family and I Friday evening 26th July at the Richmond v Collingwood match. My son (7), who had been looking forward to playing a grid game at half time became overwhelmed on the way to the change rooms and decided not to participate.
We had returned to the ground level, assuming our son had missed this opportunity and he was clearly upset. We were standing around M23 (between gate 6 and 7) when Suzanna (green jacket labelled supervisor) asked us if she could help. She was incredibly kind and generous with her time and offered to take us back to the change rooms so as our son could participate if he wanted to. She then reintroduced our son to Mel who was able to support our son and get him changed in a tight timeframe and reunite him with his friends. Suzanna then assisted us in finding out where the Auskickers could be seen playing and walked us to this area.
This experience was very special to our son, he had a wonderful time and we are very grateful for the support of these two people. It was exceptional customer service and both Suzanna and Mel went above and beyond to help us. Thank you for passing on our heartfelt thanks.
Kind regards, Tanya and family
