I have season tickets to the Timbers. Our home opener against LAFC needs to be noted. It needs to be noted because we were assaulted by LA fans and nothing was done. The LA visiting fans threw beer at the timber fans sitting in the next section and the “beer monitors” and stadium staff and police officers did nothing. Three times and nothing. I don’t feel very safe. I plan on contacting the Timbers home office and making a formal complaint and plan on making a more formal complaint against the LAFC visiting fans with MLS. This is not acceptable behavior and should be punished. I should be able to go to a game and not feel threatened.
