Very disappointed with Logan Air customer service. I can understand having my flight delayed but when it has been brought forward, its now resulted in me having to miss a very important work meeting on the day of my departure from Dublin to Teesside. When I have called Logan Air customer service the woman offered me no apology, no refund or alternative option and said she was further restricted due to the fact I didn’t book directly through them and rather booked via SkyScanner. As a frequent Logan Air flyer I am very disappointed with this and would like some kind of apology to counter-act this inconvenience. Ideally, I would like a partial refund or a voucher for another flight or access to the first class lounge.
I was looking to book the 18.35 flight to aberdeen on 9th may. Which is the only time I can do due work. However I had to wait for pay day, so when I first looked on 26th Jan the flight was £86.00. It then by 12th feb it was £100 20 , but then it went to £115.20. Now I am in the position to book the price has escalated to £145.20 . This is absurd as I cannot now afford this. In now looking at booking the train as its cheaper. Please can you advice me if the price will go down ,before I book the train. I am absolutely appalled that the flight has escalated so much. Its is disgusting that the airline is allowed to change the prices do much.
Yours sincerely
Mrs B.Gross.
