We are a bit upset about our flight (LA532) from Santiago on Jan.16,2017.After spending a long time aboard the plane, we were asked to exit the plane and eventually had to change plane to return to NY. By the time vouchers were given out, most of the food vendors had already closed and the only one who was available had a very limited choice and handed out food of inferior quality which we discarded. After boarding a different plane, some food was distributed much later in the flight. We ended up being very hungry and tired. I feel that we have the right to some compensation for this inconvenience.
Thank you,
Antonio Manganiello
