We are season ticket holders in section 132. We feel our game day experience is starting to deteriorate with the increased request for fans to “get loud”, “stand up and get loud”, etc. Furthermore, we feel that this type of hype is catering to those who are drinking alcohol and are more likely to get rowdy. When we ask someone in front of us to please sit down so we can see and enjoy the game, we are often greeted with a cursing response and an invite to a possible confrontation. I can see the request to get loud on a critical 3rd and long play, but it is now being requested on almost every play the opposing team runs. Not happy with the direction this is going…!
