JibJab is a digital entertainment company that creates and distributes comedic content, in addition to selling personalized e-cards. JibJab has been in the online entertainment business since the year 1999. It was founded by brothers Evan and Gregg Spiridellis in a Brooklyn garage. The ecards can be customised with templates being offered allowing to cast the birthday person in a comical fashion. JibJab offers a free account or a paid Premium Membership. While the free account has limited access to customize, view and send ecards, the Premium Membership offers access to entire library of 1,600+ eCards and videos. I was under the impression your ecards would bill me $2 monthly not $24 all at once. I’m elderly and disabled and you guys took all but $2 out of my bank account. I only live on $700 ssid monthly. So the $2 is all I have until August 1. Hurricane Barry ruined my car and flooded my house. Is there a way I can get I refund. I’m imploring you to do the right thing. How am I supposed to pay for medicine and groceries. I lost those too due to a power outage. Please help me. I thought you were free ecards.
