Please bring Elvis Duran to the Southwest! We can’t wait any longer! We love the entire show and would love for him to have more of a home here and a connection to his fans. I would love nothing more than to turn on my radio and hear the Elvis Duran Show instead of the outdated content we hear now. Sure we can stream him, but would love him on my radio. Please bring Elvis to the Southwest.
I listen to the Mike McConnell show on 700 WLW, Cincinnati, every morning. Lately, iHeart has been running ads for a hair color company in Chicago. The ads begin with “Happy Holidays, Chicago!” Previously, similar ads began with “Hello, Chicagoland!” Does anyone realize they’re wasting their money advertising in the Cincinnati market? Further, I would guess the vast majority of McConnell’s listeners are male (callers to the show are almost 100% men). Perhaps worst of all, the ad lasts a full minute and runs during every radio break. I just heard the ad several minutes ago and as I’m typing this, the ad has returned. “Happy Holidays, Chicago!” Please….someone…..put this ad on the Heart Chicago station.
The El Paso, TX Iheart radio station, KTSM 690 AM, is the worst! They give the same weather and traffic report for 24-72 hours!
On Monday, they gave the weather for the past weekend. On Tuesday morning they were giving the traffic report for the previous day.
When you call to bring it to their attention, they mostly don’t answer the phone or they tell you they are short staffed. To be clear, this has been happening for years and is inrelated to the pandemic.
I listen to and create my favorite stations all the time – THANK YOU. I just started listening to CLASSIC ROCK live radio via the app on my smart tv, and boy would be amazing to have song titles stream on the app!
I love listening to iHeart 80’s tunes, even when i have guests over but lately your choice of advertisements are getting to a point where i had to turn off iHeart. Especially the one with male Anatomy. I do understand that advertises pay your bills, but listen to your audience. They are the ones who listen to iHeart.
Hey! We listen to iHeartRadio EVERY day at work. We love iHeartRadio! but it seems that ya’ll only play the same 8-10 songs over and over and over again. Lets mix it up and play some older toons!
IHeartRadio needs to do a better job at stopping people on their sites from spreading misinformation about Covid and vaccines. Need to fact check what they say and remove them if they say things not true.
I lost my subscription account when I changed phones. I have been trying for over a week to recover it with no success. I’ve received absolutely no assistance with multiple requests. I pay a subscription and will need to cancel if I can’t access my full account.
Hearing the same commercials again and again is unbearable. It’s actually worse than radio. Heading over to apple where they don’t torture listeners.
I AGREE 100%. It’s like pure torture. You must have a poor advertising/marketing department to warrant such brain exploding monotony.
Additionally, In DENVER, hearing, “…this is Big Al…” every few minutes wants to make me throw my device across the room.
How could you cancel WOR Tonight with Joe Concha and Cooper Lawrence?? This was my favorite show, the replacement show of Bux Sexton ( only on for 1 hour instead of 3 hours for WOR Tonight), is nowhere as good. Joe and Cooper were great together and brought a fresh perspective to various daily topics. Please bring them back, they are truly missed.
I have been charged again for having service on my old phone which I cancelled 3 or 4 months ago and I don’t even have the device anymore and attempted to cancel via email several times and with complaints several times but never received a response from you! I am sick and tired of having to keep trying to resolve this issue and even more so angry for all of the bs concerning iHeartRadio! I am now having to call my bank and cancel my Visa and am going to dispute 10 months services and get back all the costs! Two thumbs all the way down and am going to voice all the negativity will you.
Stop adding on songs I am not interested in. I now have too many unrequested songs that is interfering with my list. I have only 6 skips after which you are forcing me to listen to songs, including vulgar rap music, Summer Jamz, and this is very unwanted and/or requested. Please remove from my list all thumbs down or continually skipped songs from my listing. And no more vulgar rap music ort any other type of vulgar music. You have also eliminated songs from my listing without any notice or suggestions. There’s a reason I have my listing and that is to enjoy the songs I have requested in my listing with a thumbs up. Please advise and correct and acknowledge same. Thank You!
I love iheartradio. As an avid runner, I really appreciate being able to listen to live radio when I am logging miles. I also listen at work daily. As a junior high principal, however, I am incredibly disappointed with iheartradio’s choice to advertise juuls. These devices are incredibly harmful to a person’s health; yet, you are promoting these as a “better alternative” to smoking. There is a serious problem among our adolescent population with vaping. Please consider the magnitude of your influence on our society, and reconsider your stance on advertising this.
