I have complaint against one of your agent Mr. Gautam Banerjee. About 16 months back he came to my house and introduced himself as employee of ICICI Prudential. He informed me he can issue me a new policy from surrender value of my current policies. He gave me a policy Of Rs 2.0 Lacs but never informed me that I will have to pay this amount every year for next Five years.Policy number is 11083206. On 27 January 2019 he again came to my house and convinced me that he will get me the surrender value of another policy I gave him 2 policies no 11096894 maturing on 18-03-2024 and 11637068 maturing on 18-01-2019. He surrendered both policies without informing me and paid Rs. ! lac for my above stated policy converting it to half yearly payment mode. Now my complaint is a) if he is not your employee who and why gave my home address to him. b) Why should he surrendered my policy just 18 days before it was maturing thus depriving me of Maturity Bonus if any. I have already refused to accept new policy he got it issued on this month. Now I would like to what type of action you would take against such person and compensate me for loss of maturity amount

I make a payment of Rs. 50000/- on 6 Sep 2017 against policy but I am sorry to say yet I am not received copy of policy even receipt. I would like to request you please send me policy documents along with receipt.

I closed my ICICI Pru LifeTime Pension Policy No.00784058 in 2011 and instructed the MG Road, Ernakulam branch to stop sending premium. But even now they are sending premium of Rs.1000/- every month to this policy.It is sad to not that you have no proper system to do these type of things.Kindly stop sending premium again and refund the premiums sent.
My premium was paid on 01-08-2012.But I am getting reminders over phone and through SMS every day about delay. Why you have not updated the payment even after 40 days? Is this the way you work?
