Hathway is an Indian provider of cable and broadband Internet services. The company was operating as BITV Cable Networks until it was acquired by Hathway Investments in 1999. Providing cable television, broadband Internet and digital voice, Hathway manages its operations from its headquarters at Santacruz, Mumbai. The cable TV gives subscribers access to HD quality viewing experience and more than 500 channels. You can customize or pick from the base packs that include music, news, kids entertainment and much more. There is a TV guide available on the website providing the channels, time and schedule. Just inform to you that My broadband connection is not working from connection start day to till date and i have complained many times to customer care but just received the complain number, not solution When I request to speak to the supervisor, I have always been told โheโs busyโ, โhe will call you backโ and never ever calls

I have a frequent disruption in internet service. You may see the attached list of my complaints in March. In this month the internet stopped working 5 times. The last one is on March 20th and still not reinstated despite several calls and followup only to hear ‘sorry’ ‘it will start by evening or next day’ and nothing is happening. When I request to speak to the supervisor, I have always been told ‘he’s busy’, ‘he will call you back’ and never ever calls. I am in IT and my earnings depend on uninterrupted internet service.
When I requested to refund my balance subscription amount so that I go for another internet service provider, Hathway said it’s against their policy.
Can anyone help and ASAP, please?

During your Sales survey one of your sales executive Mr. Suraj Singh contact no. +91-93402-93468, has visited my house and contact me for new WiFi connection of Hathway. During our conversation I have explain him my uses very clearly that I am applying this connection only for CCTV camera usages and after his (Suraj Singh) commitment of full fillness of my requirement I have paid him asked amount of Rs. 3539.00 cash for new connection. After collection of payment and connection process your executive ask me for another payment of Rs.3500.00 for static IP address for my specific use. Same thing has not been explained me during our first meeting of requirement.
I already have AirTel connection which is more cheaper than your plan and why should I pay for another charge after explain all of my requirement. also during our (Suraj Singh and me) first meeting Mr. Aarif ( Team Leader) contact no. -+91-78697-43944 was also with us and both of your executive doesn’t tell me about any other charges other than Rs. 3539.00.
My concern is only to terminate this account and refund of my deposited amount Rs. 3539.00 which I paid for connection. I wouldn’t be go through with your company which made such type of false commitment for such kind of sale.
I was a customer with hathway i am writing this to inform you about poor and worse service that you guys are providing. Take all money and installation on time. But not providing internet connection and also fluctuating internet connection. But disconnecting time. Just a question when you are not providing connection on time how can you disconnect it on time. And also do you really care for customer satisfaction?. Just a suggestion kindly provide connection on time else consider from the time you are providing the internet connection and also kindly improve you customer response.
