You assured us a parcel with the contents stated can be sent overseas. We pay a heavfy sum, after a lot of back and forth, you tell us we can’t and now you are charging us to get our items back! So we are paying you double for NOTHING!
I want to lodge a complaint, your people never turn up pick up the document, we need urgently send to China, since last week call never turn up today cancel the order provide new reference no say before 5.00pm will pick up now is already 4.25pm still no ppl collect yet, last week call at 5.00pm say too late to call and service has close so today is the same against happen?
I wish to complain about your Seri Iskandar office in Perak. They said that they had telephone me about the delivery of the documents from Penang but we never received the phone call or any messages. This is unacceptable. Please look into this as this may happen elsewhere too. The service needs to be improved as it may affect your investors’s sentiment.
I would like to lodge a complaint on your service. Your office in Tawau was supposed to deliver an URGENT document to me from Kota Kinabalu yesterday but the document was never delivered until today. When i called the office this morning, I was told that the document actually arrived Tawau yesterday but was not delivered to me as my office is out of their delivery boundary. If that was the case, they should have called me up so i could collect the document myself. For this type of service, you should not call yourself a company that provides courier service. I am lodging this complaint because this is already the second time that I am experiencing this type of problem.
I want to make a complaint regarding your customer service counter in Langkawi, she so rude when answering my call, and when I asked her to track my item, she said that item was out for delivery on 11th June, however there’s no answer from my side, but that’s not the reason, why they didn’t call again or deliver again the next day, today when I call, she’s said that today they will try to deliver and then before she hang up the phone just like that, I heard she’s whispered “I’m the one who not answering the phone, and now nagging to them”.. Oh my God, I don’t know what kind of service is this, we paid for the postage, not FREE POSTAGE, why you guys just not doing your job DELIVERY customers item? And when I called again to talk to her, she didn’t answer the phone for 5 times. Very bad service! I’m so disappointed and annoying. Your company should send your staff for training how to handle guest while on the phone, and don’t make she feel like she’s the owner of the company! My called was on today Thursday June, 13th,2019 at 0945hrs.
I still yet to receive the item yesterday and tracking system showing “refuse to accept”??!! Is this your service standard? Never deliver the item and just simply update the status as “refuse to accept”. When did your despatch send the item? and where did he send to? Who refuse to accept it if he was there? Please clarify it and make a refund to my loss.
In addition, your despatch is so rude and unprofessional when dealing with customer. He did called me yesterday to ask about my home location. But should a despatch call customer as “AMOI” and talking rudely to the customer? Same person called for few times to ask about the same question – “where is your house” and i’ve explained for so many times but yet still never send the item as promised. It’s really unbelievable that a well known courier company’s service is so terrible. Please educate and train your despatch to be more polite and professional.
I am really very disappointed on your service. Where to find a courier company that need more than 10 days to deliver an item to customer??!! And yet I still never receive it until to-date since 10 days ago that posted out by the sender.
