Ordered cost $200.00 for Red Roses, Candy, and a balloon’s on 2/14/22. Received a text stating order had arrived at approximately 4:47pm. However there was no delivery. I called the number stating there was 24/7 customer service only to remain on hold for over an hour. While on hold, a delivery driver arrived with the flowers at approximately 6:45pm. To my disappointment the order was completely wrong. They were white roses, tied to a grungy looking white teddy bear. When asked about the candy, the delivery person rummaged through the vehicle only to hand me a small box of chocolates. Upon asking about the balloons purchased with the order as well, the person looked dumbfounded. I continued to express the order was completely wrong at which time the delivery person simply stated that the items delivered is what was sent and that the store was located in another state approximately 30 or so miles away but did not provide any specific information as to the location of the store. I requested that the order be returned to the store and the correct order be delivered. I have continued to call customer service and been on hold for over 35 minutes. I have tried to do the 24/7 customer chat with to no avail as the site states there is a 24 minute wait to connect to a customer representative and each attempt was received with an error messages after about 2 minutes that the connection was lost!!!
This is horrible and I will never order from this site again.
The absolute worst customer service ever! Lied to me over and over on the phone. Even sent me an email saying flowers were delivered and they were not. Donโt ever order from this company, nothing but a headache!!
The flowers that were delivered were not at all what was ordered. If they cannot deliver what is ordered then they should have notified me so that I had the option to change for what I want. The flowers that were delivered were not at all what was ordered. I paid $75 for what I wanted in my order and they delivered a small crappy arrangement worth far less than what I paid. BEWARE. I was very disappointed that I paid for a service that was not delivered. I only wished I read the reviews prior to utilizing this company. My heart was broken as the recipient did not receive the beautiful arrangement I thought she would get. How disappointing to disappoint anyone on their birthday. I how this company does better in the future!
I ordered a floral spray for my classmate who lost his daughter last week. I sent it on behalf of our senior class of 1980. I live out of town and ordered it to be delivered to the funeral home. The delivery wasnโt the issue. My twin sister attended the graveside service on Saturday 5/29/21 and she sent me a couple of pics of the spray. I was horrified! It looked absolutely nothing like the spray they advertised on the website. There was nothing beautiful about it. They even managed to misspell my schoolโs name to add insult to injury! I wish that I could include pics on here but it wonโt allow me to. Iโm totally disappointed with From You Flowers.
Very very disappointed in the arrangement that arrived for the recipient it had a little color of flowers but plenty of green ferns in the vase it look nothing like the photo. The photo had no ferns in it but when it arrived it had more ferns than flowers very very disappointed.I was a first-time customer and now I’m the last time customer.
From You Flowers. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for an order to be delivered on Saturday, 8MAY21. I received an email that stated I needed to confirm my address.
I went on the website and did the virtual chat to confirm my address. I then followed this with a phone call stating to a customer representative that my address is a new construction area and that the delivery person could call me for directions.
Fast forward to today, 9MAY21. I called at 2 pm because I have yet to receive my order (which was supposed to be for my wife as a Motherโs Day gift). This time, I spoke to a manager and had to confirm my address (again). I had to explain (again) that my address is a new construction area and will not show up via GPS and that the delivery person could call me for step-by-step directions.
This time, the manager asked for a different address which I obliged (even though this meant that I would have to pick it up).
I was assured by the manager that my delivery would be provided to the new address by 6pm.
It is now 8pm and I have yet to receive my order. Not to mention, I have been waiting for a customer representative for 45 minutes.
Customer representative finally answered and stated there is nothing they can do since the florist has now closed. Now my flowers wonโt be delivered until 12MAY21?!?!??
I was not happy with the flower arrangement my sister received yesterday. It was suppose to be the “Good Morning Sunshine” yellow flower arrangement and instead I received an assortment of different flowers that weren’t even bloomed…How disappointing. This was suppose to be a Mother’s Day Gift for my sister and I was embarrassed when she received them…I called and was told another order would be sent out today (Mother’s Day is tomorrow) for no extra charge…Let’s see how this works out..05/08/21
I received flowers as a gift on the day before Christmas. The 3 yellow roses were dying. The lilys were not open yet so they were alright. the blue flowers were gone – with only empty stems. I didn’t want the sender to know how unsatisfactory they were because she was so sweet to send them. I just wanted you to not send dead flowers.
I ordered a flower arrangement that showed roses and carnations, it was very pretty. When the recipient of those flowers sent me a picture of what they received it was not even close to what I ordered. It looked like someone took left over flowers and put them in a jar with a ribbon, I was very embarrassed to see what an awful ugly arrangement was sent and not even the same flowers I originally had wanted. Customer service offered me a 21% refund but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen again. Very hesitant of ordering from From You Flowers again.
I became a grandma for the first time, and wanted the arrangement I choseโon your website โFlower Fields Mason Jar โโ to be special! Unfortunately, it wasnโt! No Mason Jar, and No Card, which I specifically wrote something special to the new parents. I called your customer service, and they said there are no mason jars available! I should have received a courtesy call about that. Or you should update your website! I am truly dissatisfied with the replacement. Because it wasnโt close to the arrangement. I did receive the baby card! My daughter wanted to use the mason jar as a keepsake for my granddaughter from me.
I’m a new customer with you flowers had a intesting conversation about my order they charged me twice for the recipient got two plants but that was an honest mistake on my part..had to go with same senario with customer service person for thirty minutes then supervisor for a while..mind me I’m a first time buyer so beware they say they will refund we’ll see..be AWARE!!
Im very disapointed today. I ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day and i receive an email stating that they wont be delivered on time. and then to compensate me for the not being on time…YOU GUYS OFFER ME 10% OFF….10%. I already paid for the flowers and the delivery so how am i going to get the 10% off?
