About Ford Amphitheatre
Ford Amphitheatre is the newest addition at the several well-known amusement parks near Coney Island, Brooklyn. Opened in 2016, it was earlier known as the Boardwalk Amphitheatre, and is an ideal entertainment destination for music concerts, sporting events, recreational and cultural occasions. The Ford Amphitheatre is an outdoor open-air theatre, and is the first of its kind with steel canopy roof covering, with a performance stage, and has a seating capacity of 5,000 people. The seating is arranged in 3-tiers, from the closest to the farthest from the stage, and provides a spacious community area for public gatherings.Â
The amphitheater is surrounded by a seaside park, the boardwalk, and the Coney Island, centered around a one-acre area of park space for public use. An important feature of the public space, is the terraced play garden for children, and the park space is aesthetically integrated into the surrounding landscape with dense plantations, with wooden seats along the pathways, that overlook the streets of Brooklyn. The amphitheater is surrounded by picnic groves, and lush green lawn, and for the best experience, avoid carrying umbrellas, large bags, professional cameras, and bring very few belongings, to avoid being lost or stolen.Â
Visitors can check on their social media platform for regular updates to purchase the all-access passes or backstage passes or visit their hosting website live nation, to see if any VIP passes are available for the designated event. Passes are not sold at the venue box, and does not sell any meet and greet or backstage passes. Cancellations will only occur, in the event of bad weather, and refunds are made available at the point of purchase, for cancelled tickets. Â

All tickets come with a 100% money back guarantee, in case the event is cancelled, and by booking online through the official website, side-by-side seating and lower ticket charges are made possible even with last minute downloadable e-tickets. The tickets are priced fairly, and are lesser in comparison to third-party sellers. Tickets often get sold out real soon, so book tickets as soon as the event listings are out, and to check event listings, visit the upcoming events on the website for more information. Â
