About Canton Fair Complex
Canton Fair Complex is a large convention center in Guangzhou, China, opened in the year 1957. Also known as China Import and Export Fair, the venue is spread across 11,00,000 m2, with the indoor area coming close to 338,000 m2. There are three exhibition areas within the complex – Area A, Area B and Area C. Located on the Pazhou Island, the complex is claimed to be the largest exhibition center in Asia. There are close to 16 multi-functional exhibition halls within the complex. The modernized exhibition center is managed by the China Foreign Trade Centre (CFTC).
The venue is conveniently located and can be reached by rail, subway and bus. The Guangzhou Metro offers a connection on Line 8. Visitors are advised to alight Xin Gang Dong station to reach the complex. If coming by rail, you can reach the Guangzhou East Railway Station from Hung Hom Station in close to 2 hours. The ride to the venue can take about 30 mins from the station. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is 44 kms away from the venue.
