Customer for FGB for the last 7+ years. Just wanted to change my registered mobile number. Called up customer care no. They adviced to visit Branch,Personally visited Branch near to Dubai health care city metro station. Provided passport,Emirates ID, my old phone and number, new phone number. Still no response may be better to cancel this credit card and go for some small banks who care of the customer….Kindly let me know the procedure..Feeling so sorry that I used a bank who don’t really care about clients at all for a such a long time!!!!!!!!!! Please guide on cancellation procedures.
