Fiji Airways is the national airline of Fiji and began operations in the year 1951. Operating from its main hub at Nadi International Airport, the airline flies to over 10 countries around the world. I have been calling to enquire on flight change charges. I was put on hold for more than half an hour. You only get to hear apology messages for the delay numerous times but no one answered. Eventually l had to cut off the line and called later only to go through the same situation.
I just spent hours on the phone with Fiji Airways to use my credit from two years ago which they refused to use and then I spoke to a manager who told me she was going to call me back as their systems were down after I gave my credit card information for seat selection and she neglected to call back. They took my visa information and pretended they were processing the charges for our seat selection. I have never delt with such a incompetent manager who refused to help. I am so disappointed in Fiji Airways and would never recommend them to anyone..the worst customer care I have ever experienced with an airline.

Worse airline ever. Leaving to young girls stranded at Honolulu airport after their flight was cancelled. Girls told you’ve have a flight booked for next day at airport next morning, girls arrive at airport and told that Fiji airways have not paid for their flight even though this was confirmed in a email and they cannot board, Shocking service and no duty of care to passengers.they are still left stranded at airport.
