You are advertising incorrect information. There is no “free” secured Wi-Fi. That cost a extra 32$. You are charged 1$ for a outgoing local call. The TV/Channel selection is repetitive old shows and clichés or stops all together .. you have to repeatedly sign back into the unsecured site.. this can be required multiple times in one day. The kitchen ware provided is so used, Teflon so scratched up it’s a health hazard! The stove top unit is either at boil or nothing, covered with black carbon, doesn’t heat evenly.. have to keep a eye on it or boils over or burns up your food. You need a full time gardener/exterior clean up.. there is no one policing the parking lot! The staff is trying as hard as they can…with no support from this multi billion company! Upgrade or stop advertising antiquated as current.
Currently staying at extended stay in Tulsa Oklahoma, and I just say I’m beyond dissatisfied! Second week and I’ve been to the office 3xs to get my room cleaned and no one has showed up to do so all three times! I over looked the fact that after driving for two days and checking in my room was not cleaned at all. No dresser drawers, kitchen cabinets and draws was emptied or wiped out, bath tub was black, kitchen and bathroom floor was black with food and sticky substance all over it.. tried to stay positive and over look it but damn!!!!! You employee people who do not take pride in their job including your management, the assistant manager was rude and acted like I was asking for her to clean it herself.. 1400 for a month you’d think you could hire decent people and keep these rooms clean. Oh yeah hotel policy says you are to empty all rooms connecting to a room that has bed bugs and spray those rooms as well. Not at this place they won’t even notify you if the room next to yours has bugs. Get it together extended stay! People don’t waste your money on this place.
I stayed at Extended Stay of America on Welsh Road Horsham PA and was not satisfied at all first I was quoted the wrong price then was giving the wrong room or things that belong in the room was not there ask for service on a chair that was in my room was told somebody will be up weighted hour and 45 minutes no one came up call back down beer to the front desk was told maintenance will be there in the morning around 8 they start but I leave at 11 so how was that helping me I was very unsatisfied with my stay and no I would not recommend nobody else

I travel extensively and have stayed at your hotels. I generally find them comfortable and clean.
I stayed at the location in Cool Springs and was shocked to what I found. The grounds are the most disgusting I have seen in decades. The landings are stained with who knows what. There is trash, i.e. beer bottles, trash etc. all over the grounds. The workers stroll and talk but don’t pick up the garbage. My door has a two inch gap at the bottom. There are repairs done to the walls that don’t match the paint. There was trash under the bed and pubic hairs on the toilet. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
