About Express Mail Service (EMS)
Express Mail Service (EMS) is an international postal service managed by the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The UPU was established in 1874 and is headquartered at Berne, Switzerland. This umbrella organisation brings together some 192 member countries. It’s Express Mail service connects more than 180 countries around the world. The EMS is a priority express delivery service and is easily accessible through the Post Office counters. Apparently it has the largest delivery network worldwide. The list includes Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, UK, UAE, US and Zimbabwe.

Our parcel went lost 5 months ago and according to EMS it has been delivered to a name which is not even in our company list. I asked POD but never received anything. Even contacting EMS has made very difficult e.g. email/shipping docs. Never again and deleted from our global company list as a courier service provider.
My item EE040041065UG has not been delivered to date. What could be the problem. Ever since it reached John F Kennedy airport it has never been delivered to the address I stated. Am not happy for this unfortunate delay.
I ordered a pool heater over 3 months ago and still have not seen it, At first they said it got lost in transit and I contacted the company and they said they sent another one and then I track it today and it says they tried to deliver it at 8:43am and my son gets on his bus 15 ft. from my door at 7:30am and it was really nice this morning so my doors have been open all day and not once has anybody walked up to my door.
I cant locate my parcel and its been almost a month now. Cant even contact their customer service to check on it. Please dont try this service unless you wanna waste your time and money
Worse service ever – I don’t know my parcel is gone too and there no valid contact information. I don’t have the location or the uk office contact information. Apparently the parcel was delivered at 2am in the morning which is not true.

Waited for nearly 30 days for a delivery then according to tracking information it suddenly gets lost in transit and now can’t even contact seller or delivery support

I am very upset over the way my merchandise has been processed. 8 days is ridiculous and it still has not left China. Please let me know when you plan on shipping to the USA or I will be forced to cancel my order and get my money back. I have waited 48 days and I am tired of waiting.
