Horrible customer service. You are on call for hours to speak to an agent to no avail. I have been calling incessantly to close my credit card in order to go ahead with closing my account as I am leaving the country but just can’t seem to get through.
Kindly note that I received a warning from your email tonight requesting me to reply to accounts in order to maintain access to my account . Please advise me if this is a scam or a genuine account request . This warning was issued by Emirates NBD Security. Awaiting your reply.

I am no longer based in uae and now reside in Thailand.
I have called and written to your customer services many times.
Their advice was for me to call Eva on +971 600 540000 Which I have done many times.Eva has each time failed to recognise my credit card number which ends the conversation.
This card was sent by yourselves to myself in Thailand July 2018 and send to my former employer in UAE (ECH arris in Abu Dhabi)
I didn’t use the card here as there are no Emirates NBD ATMs hererevently you have stopped sending my monthly statements.
I need to see my balances.
I have priority banking and I am not getting adequate customer service at all!
Please help me access my funds or provide a telephone number for me to call and sort it out!
I have been a member of your bank since 2013 and I have never had a problem before until now.
