I would like to express our deep appreciation to the Staff of the Drury Inn and Suites Cleveland Beachwood for a wonderful experience during our family’s recent stay. Ten family members had selected your Drury Inn to stay at for a four night stay to attend the memorial service of our dear family member. Our family gathered from the East coast, West coast, Colorado, Florida and Pennsylvania to attend this memorial service.
From the moment I contacted Group Sales to reserve a block of rooms, Mariah Abel provided a warm welcome and much reassurance that the necessary arrangements could be made for our family. Upon arrival at your beautiful Inn, Brajia greeted us at the Front Desk with kindness, compassion and assurance that all of our needs would be met. During each evening “Kickback” Chip the bartender greeted us with a smile, kind words and stories to add even more special memories to our experience.
Each and every staff person we met at the Drury Inn provided service with a smile and added to the special experience of staying at your Inn. Your rooms were clean and comfortable. Our family gathered in the large, well appointed lobby and visited each evening together. We also would meet each other in the dining room for breakfast and enjoy the delicious food, again always served with a smile by the kind dining room attendants.
A special thank you to the kind staff who arranged for our family to use one of the banquet rooms one evening for dinner. Given COVID infections were on the rise in the area and we had a large family group, we did not go out to restaurants to limit our exposures. On one evening we brought in food from an outside restaurant and asked the front desk staff if we could use the empty banquet room. Again with smiles on their faces and compassionate voices, they quickly made the necessary arrangements for our family to gather safely, comfortably and enjoy a meal together.
This stay at your Inn was the first time any of our family members had stayed at a Drury Inn. Given the wonderful, memorable experience, family members have already booked additional stays at Drury Inn’s around the country. We will make a special effort to select Drury Inn & Suites whenever possible.
