Worst service ever. My parcel was scheduled for Monday and i only received it today – Thursday. To make it worse your Courier guy called me on Wednesday night at 21h30 during loadshedding trying to deliver the parcel.
Worst delivery company ever, my parcel was supposed to have arrived 5 days ago and i still haven’t even received it yet. I’m literally Frustrated.
Dawn Wing is the worst company ever. I had so many times sent emails in the past. Lots of phone calls. Not satisfied with their service at all. Pleas make use of Pargo.
The service from your company is appalling to say the least. Your delivery guy calls me and tells me he is outside. I ask him to wait I’m coming he was very impatient and dropped the phone and left. His line wasn’t clear, I tried calling him it says number busy. This is disgusting we have work to do as much as he does we can’t skip work and wait the whole day not knowing the time of delivery. This is pathetic customer service.
WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!! Package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It is now Tuesday afternoon! When I track my parcel it states every day it is out on delivery and then in the afternoon ‘no one at home’ or ‘a problem with delivery’ NO HELP from customer services!
I booked delivery and surcharge for Saturday morning overnight deliver. My item was only delivered on Monday. I’ve been waiting one week for feedback. I demand to be refunded all the surcharges I paid for delivery that did not happen as I ordered. I paid over three times the standard fee!
I think that homechoice’s customer service is terrible, i have ordered a baby cot. Instead of one cot with all its parts i have received two cots with both missing parts. I have been contacting homechoice for almost a month now, my daughter is pregnant and is about to deliver and no one have been able to resolve this issue.
Im still waiting, all they tell me when i call is that they are still waiting for Brandon for feedback, all the consultants i have spoken to so far have been telling me a different story. I am fed i feel selling this stuff and use the money to buy another cot and i refuse to pay for this.
I have spoken to a team leader but suddenly now whenever i call they tell me that he is not there. I am seriously fed and frustrated with this poor service of homechoice!!!!!!!!

Sitting at home waiting for the parcel to be delivered.
Checked Dawn Wings app to read any sms left,only to read that my address is incomplete.I left my cell phone number but was never called .
Picked up my phone and made a call to be told that the parcel was sent to Durbanville. Drove to airport industria to fetch it.
The address in the parcel was correct.
In my view this is poor service

I have been calling Down wing for the past 8 day after receiving sms for parcel delivery, since then no parcel have been delivered to my house no one phoned and give a status for my parcel. follow up in numerous calls and nothing have been resolve.
I have also give an option to the receptionist with the name of Carlissa to supply me with East London address so I can collect my parcel my self. She mentioned that no collection during locked down are allowed.
One of the lame reason that I am getting, is that my address is incorrect/incomplete which is not the fact. And I am failing then to understand as no delivery sevent call to confirm the address.
I have been calling every day and not been assisted in any way. Poor service at it’s best

What useless courier service you offer. Please don’t use Dawn Wing aka Dead Wing! My parcel I on the floor since 12/12/19 today is 20/12/19 what should have been a 3day max delivery is now non existent perhaps my parcel was stolen by the staff so it would make sense to ignore my requests and calls! Guys please use Fastway Couriers or Aramex you won’t be disappointed they are reliable and deliver on time. Check out the disgusting reviews on Hellopeter which goes back to 2017 I’m surprised they haven’t closed shop yet spread the word and hopefully they will shutdown even the top manager ignores correspondence sent to his inbox. They are wasters of time, money and effort. You can have my parcel since it will never be a Xmas gift I intended for someone you may keep it put it on your Xmas tree Dawn Wing.
Poor service from Dawn Wing, I placed a collection at 10:03AM today informed the centre we close at 17:00, THEY HAVE NOT COLLECTED.
If you do not have the capacity to run your business professional let the customer know so we can find someone to do business, this is not a one off collection, however I will discuss this with management to find another service provider.
I am very unhappy about the service from Dawn Wing Couriers. On Tuesday 28/08/2018 I booked a collection for Thursday 30/08/2018 with Arnold Mene. When the courier did not arrive I tried calling Arnold`s direct line but there was no reply.I then called the switchboard and after holding on for at least 5 minutes it was answered and the lady said she would put me through to somebody who could help me. The phone rang and was not answered and then back to the recorded messages telling me how efficient your service is. I gave up holding after another 5 minutes.
Subsequently Arnold called me and told me he has bad news for me in that the collection could not happen at the appointed time but would happen at !.30pm.
This was a complete waste of my time as I stayed home waiting for the collection to happen and was so frustrated trying to call to find out what was happening.
I am posting this as a complaint with the service I have received from dawn wing.My parcel number is 15504120217381. i was notified on Friday the 11th of May 2018 via email my parcel was at customs and promptly made payment on the same day. On Monday the 14th I had to follow up and see if my proof of payment was received and it was confirmed. I asked dawn wing when I would receive my parcel and was told that i would receive it on the same day. On Tuesday morning the 15th of May I had to phone once again and was assured I would definitely receive my parcel today.
I have not received anything as yet and am not happy with promises of delivery that are not met.
I paid the extra for courier service and have not received the service. I have used other couriers and have never had this problem.
If this is not resolved I would never use dawn wing again or recommend and make people aware of the service , when purchasing. Please contact me for resolution
