About Croke Park
Croke Park is a sports stadium located in Dublin, Ireland. Opened in the year 1884, the stadium is home of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). The national stadium regularly hosts the All-Ireland finals in football and hurling. Named in honor of Archbishop Thomas Croke, the stadium boasts of a seating capacity of 82,000 visitors. It is not only Ireland’s largest sporting arena, it is also reported to be one of the largest in Europe.
