On Sunday April 3, 2022, with CONFIRMED Business Class tickets for a flight from Panama to San Francisco, we were bounced from our confirmed seats to the rear of the plane to middle seats not in adjoining rows. We were told that the airline had “overbooked business class”. I have double knee replacements and require good leg room. We were never informed of this until we were at the counter getting our boarding pass. The confirmed seats were purchased on Sept 24, 2021 for this flight in April, 2022.
A $150 compensation for a another Copa flight was offered. We DO NOT WANT to fly another flight with Copa Airlines. We request a monetary compensation. I was unable to talk directly with a Copa representative even though I tried for three days.

Thank you in advance, Bernie Fitelovitch
We travel with Copa air at 05/27/2018, from Panama to LAX. I upgrade our seat to business class because I received an email from company offering me upgrade to business class. we upgrade hoping that we will have a comfortable flight.
Unfortunately we had very difficult time because the seat were saggy and we could not extend the foot rest under our seat.
My wife had much more difficulty because she has arthritis.
Re: Flight #210 Quito-Panama City 4/15/17. The main purpose of this communication is to compliment the cabin crew. They went above and beyond normal efficiency. My wife and I were experiencing some stomach issues and were not at all interested in breakfast. We turned down the offer of breakfast and the person responsible for serving us had no idea whether it was turned down for dietary restrictions or otherwise. Within five minutes he returned with a grilled vegetable breakfast, which was perfect. I believe that most people would have just gone on with their business-but not this very good man. Kudos!
As mentioned above, the main reason for this email is stated above. However, I cannot help but mention that it was very disappointing, when we arrived in Quito on 4/6/17, and discovered that my birthday present had been removed from my wife’s suitcase.
