I had been paying my TV+Internet bill to Telekom Malaysia Berhad through CIMB bank internet service. Today, when I am trying to pay my bill to TMB the bank’s site is not registering the TMB why?
I had 2 transfer from cimb savings account to cimb i trade account successfully debitted from account savings but failure to reach my cimb i trade account.
Customer service mentioned system upgrade, but i could not accept the fact that it happen to me the same error twice, and even unacceptable was, according to customer care officer that it could take 5 to 7 working days to verify the issue. I thought it could solve the issue within hours, if not, minutes as all the error happened within CIMB itself.
