First time using chegg as we thought this was a reputable company to only find out it took several weeks for 2 books to arrive 2 other books to be ebooks which we actually needed and we could not contact anyone. Very disappointing

In one month Chegg Study Subscription first time one day wasted when you people deactivated my Chegg Study account and now again deactivated.
In one month I lost 2 to 4 days without any mistakes from my side, think about this. It’s a very big bad remark on CHEGG
This is the second time my Chegg Study account deactivated, due to this major inconvenience I am facing many problems and troubles

If really I did any mistake please send the screen shots of my mistakes by which you people decided that I violated CHEGG terms or rules otherwise no use of pay money for CHEGG STUDY.
I will agree whatever decision you take but it’s your responsibility to be intimate or inform what mistakes I made. Because it’s not a free service I am paying money.
Please do not trouble me by deactivating my Chegg Study account without any proper reason, it’s a very important time for me for my PhD work and too much research work from home due to COVID19.
