    I am a travel agent and a professional in the tourism industry. I booked these flights for my sister on your site and do not plan to stop there!

    Indeed, you applied a time change on these flights and you are responsible for routing these customers from Siargao (IAO) to Puerto Princess (PPS) the same day without them having to spend one night in Cebu.

    You must either assume their night in Cebu, or offer another flight the same day (06.04.19) or simply refund these tickets without charge otherwise I will be forced to sue you for non-compliance with travel conditions.
