As for baggage restrictions, on domestic travel, economy class passengers can carry 1 bag of max 23kg weight. Flex class passengers can carry 2 pieces, and business class passengers can carry 3 pieces. It is advised to read the accepted baggage sizes and other restrictions on the ticket or website before travel.
Frequent fliers can register for the Caribbean Miles loyalty programme to earn and redeem miles. The membership has three tiers – Silver, Gold and Executive Gold. Each of it comes with its own benefits. For those needing freight services, Caribbean Airlines Cargo offers just that. For more information or queries on tickets, refund, cancellation, check-in baggage restrictions, lost baggage, cargo, or others, reach the Caribbean Airlines customer service.
I was supposed to travel to Trinidad and Tobago in March 2020, and could not because of COVID travel restrictions and Border Closures. I request a refund and received an email that a credit would be issued for the 2 tickets I purchased for myself and my daughter. The credit was never issued and after many phone calls, was told in February 2022 that my claim was too old and deleted from Caribbean Airlines system. To say I was AMAZED, FRUSTRATED, and FLABBERGASTED, is an understatement. My money was taken and I did not receive a service. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! I have attached all the information I have including my original ticket/ email from Caribbean Airlines showing their promise to credit me with a refund towards future travel as well as the information I received from the Customer Service person at the airport on the actual day of travel. I even paid for baggage by credit card and never received a refund for that either.
I always support Caribbean Airlines and would like to continue doing so. I hope Caribbean Airlines will do the right thing and follow through with their promise to issue a credit /refund towards future travel.
I suffered a similar fate in their hands; my bags are still missing. Turkish Airlines emailed me that my bags were sent through Caribbean Airlines to Kingston and that I should be contacted to pick the bags if they could not deliver them; now Caribbean Airlines never contacted me nor deliver my bags. The bags are still missing because they are denying that they were in possession of the bags
I am a buisness man who works in the caribbean, my son and his wife flew to Antigua for buisness, when they flew home they had a lay over in Barbatoes,After they arrived, they had a lay over they closed the airport made my son leave airport, what is wrong with you people to leave a foreign person stranded make them sleep outside, Caribbean never should have treated customers like that.I will make sure this never happens again, the world web will know how you treat people what a joke you should be ashamed. Air Jamaica would have never have done this.i would hope all travelers read this,i will do everything i can to make sure everybody aware of your agents rudeness.
