Caracas Metro customer serviceCaracas Metro is a rapid transit system serving the largest city of Venezuela, Caracas. Beginning operations in 1983, Caracas Metro currently operates 4 lines connecting to more than 46 stations. Locally called Metro de Caracas, the metro lines consist of Red (Propatria – Palo Verde), Green (El Silencio – Zoológico), Blue (Plaza Venezuela – La Rinconada) and Yellow (Zona Rental – Capuchinos). There is also Los Teques Metro that connects Las Adjuntas and Alí Primera.

As for fares, Caracas Metro offers one day, two day and multi journey tickets. Discounted fares are provided to students and senior citizens. Tickets can be purchased from the counter or through vending machines. If you dint know, the metro begins at 5.30am and ends at 11pm.
