So I want to speak to Capital One. Apparently they closed for July 1st and never came back. All of the so called representatives have full mailboxes and 2 week old messages. So I’m going to ignore all, I’ll bet they finally call me to get money. There is no customer service. I’ve spent 4 days trying to call only to be hung up on.
Very poor customer service. Trying to call to resolve a past due payment. Getting put on a call center holding pattern. Eventually the system hangs up. They keep calling me like four times a day. Due to having true caller installed it filters scam calls and never get a call.
Same, poor customer service that I am being charged some idiotic fee on a card that they have a problem activating, never used the card but they continue to charge fees, so yeah! WTF, upon trying to online activate the page will not accept my DOB, don’t want the dumb thing anyhow, so far the card that has not been activated has cost me 90 bucks!
I am not impressed with your contact customer service, it is 1:55 pm and have been trying to contact you since 9:30 am. I keep calling put on hold for 1 hr. Then I’m told to leave a message with no callback. No texting available. Not impressed now I’m charged with my yearly fee with no reminder. I get an animated call telling me I’m late and am changed for being late on top of it all.
Very poor customer service.
Non existent is more accurate.
To speak with a Canadian agent is a total waste of time.
I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes.
Thanks for no help whatsoever.
It is extremely annoying that I cannot simple send an email request rather than being held hostage on the phone for over an hour while waiting to speak to an agent. Why do you not have an option for a call back either?
