Baggage service on arrival to St. Croix was poor. Service on return flight much worse. On arrival luggage not delivered to carousel. Had to track down luggage in locked room. On return flight luggage showed up two days late to Chicago. Cape Air staff in St. Croix of minimal help. Provided misinformation and provided little assistance in tracking luggage whereabouts.
My wife and I flew from Rutland to Boston last Wednesday morning (7:00am) and experienced the usual great service from your station crew (Matt). Unfornately the return flight on Thursday afternoon was cancelled due to the high winds. We were rebooked on the Friday morning flight. Having to travel to Boston for the past 2 1/2 years for medical treatment has made me realize what a valuable service you provide. Keep up the good work.
