I purchased tickets for a stadium tour from the official website for 13th April including 3 robo keeper tickets. On arrival we were told robo keeper does not operate in the rain and there were no tours due to a game on the evening of 14th. An error on the website had apparently allowed me to book!! Bizarrely they were unable to refund at the ground on the day and I was told to email. I’ve emailed twice and had no response. Very unimpressed, heavily out of pocket and no idea what to do now in order to obtain a refund.
Hi, I had the same problem as someone else on here, booked tickets online for the tour, was told there was an error and try again later, did so and happened again, the third time it went through ok but when I checked my bank I have been charged three times for two tickets, not sure how i go about getting the money back, any help would be great, thanks. Nik.
Hi I ordered a photo from you on Friday and was told the email version will be sent: it still isn’t on my account and I’ve emailes the photo place twice and heard nothing. Please upload this ASAP
I tried to purchase two tickets online for the FC Barcelona stadium tour and after submitting all of my information including VISA information, the FC Barcelona webpage showed a message that said an error had occurred. I then went back and tried to purchase again and the same message showed up. I then checked my VISA and it appeared that I was charged TWICE for $80.65 each time for a total of $161.30 CAD. I never received any of the tickets so I had to go to camp nou and the person working at the tickets office said that there was an error on the FC Barcelona website and this has happened to multiple people where you charged us and never issued tickets. I have filled in a complaint form at the ticket office and have not heard back from FC Barcelona.
I don’t think this is right for FC Barcelona to do this where you show an error message yet still charge customers for 4 tickets that I never even received. I am now back in Canada and want to get this resolved and hope that you can return my money.
