I would very much like you to convey to the pharmacy staff at Swanage branch of Boots, my sincere appreciation of the excellent service they have given me over the years. I collect my prescription every two months. They text me on its arrival from the local surgery. Sometimes there are discrepancies, with dosage or delays in receiving the medicine. This is always caused by matters beyond their control but they sort it all out with courtesy, patience and tact. I would also like you to convey my thanks to all the staff who work in the Swanage branch. We are very lucky to have them.
I would like to thank Nicky from the Market Harborough store for the assistance she gave me today in selecting the right No.7 products to suit my skin. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable.
I phoned the Wembley branch yesterday was on the phone for half an hour but still no one answered the phone. So we to the branch to pick up my medicine waited for 25 mins to see the chemist she could not find my medicine so had to wait till she finds it, instead of looking for my medicine she started serving other so I asked her again. She found my medicine it was at the back but she has to check them so it took more time. At the end there was no sorry or anything. I was really hurt, I have been a customer for boots for 30 years now. But iam really thinking about going to the local chemist.

I always go to the Liz Earle counter. A consultant called Emma is excellent . She knows all the products and knows my skin type well.
I know due to covid 19 there are no samples and treatments of the new produceds. I am glad to see Emma is protected by this. Am glad to see the screen up and masks worn. I live in bangor about half an hours drive away.
I love it when emma is on.as she is so pleasant.

I visited the Boots store in Silverburn Glasgow to buy a new lip gloss and nail polish to match. I was approached by Soniya who helped me to decide what product and what colour to purchase. Her service and product knowledge was exceptional . Thanks Soniya keep up the good work .
Altrincham George Street
I have been asked by Justine, to provide some feedback on my shopping experience today.
I shop in Boots most weekends, and the Pharmacy organises my prescriptions, and I use for Opticians for my glasses and contact lenses.
All the staff in the Altrincham branch are extremely helpful, and the standard of customer service is excellent. Not long after the โlockdownโ was implemented, one of the ladies on the tills said to me, I like to see the regular customers, so I know there are well. I think that was a really kind thing to say. As a regular customer, I always receive a warm welcome. They explained that customers couldnโt browse, and initially, the security man actually asked what I was intending to buy, in a very polite way.
I have to praise the pharmacy team, and Adam Donaldson in particular. A couple of years ago I had to arrange for my Fathers medicines to be issued in blister packs, so that the. Careers could administer them. Adam made all the arrangement, so all I had to do was pick them up. I was a stressful time for me, and Adamโs help was really appreciated.
If I had to score the level of service I would say 10 out of 10.
I hope this will be fed back to the staff.

My daughter and I had very good customer service from Emma at Boots Altrincham last weekend, she was very friendly and helpful, and spent a lot of time and patience showing us makeup samples, and skilfully applied some to my daughter who isn’t used to applying makeup on regular basis
Great result, would recommend highly recommend Emma, and store was particularly busy that afternoon with Xmas light switch on in town
Popped to boots for some bits today at St. Peterโs retail park in Mansfield. We were served by Susan who told us about the offers and vouchers available on the products I had bought. Great service from Susan.
Good Morning Just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service I experienced at you Lancaster store yesterday Friday 28th June at your No 7 counter with Gill. Never before has so much time and detail been spent with me on products, the using of product, what would suit me best etc etc. I called to buy foundation (ended up replacing my entire makeup bag) Gil was a pleasure to talk to about different product that would suit my individual skin type. I explained I was going to a wedding the next day she gave me excellent tips on how to apply the make up for the special occasion and how to pre prepare my skin for the big day! Well done Gill you are a credit to No 7 and thank you for making me look fantastic.
All the staff in the Ripley Derbyshire branch of Boots are friendly and helpful, but Dawn particularly is prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that she gives excellent customer service.
I booked a full make up at boots Meadowhall Sheffield and went in on Monday 4 Feb. The lady who was doing my makeup was Danielle on the No 7 counter and I wanted to say how helpful she was giving me tips and inspiration. When my makeup was finished I was really delighted with the end result and did purchase some of the make up used.
What a brilliant service this is and I canโt believe there is no charge. Thank you Boots and a really big thank you to Danielle I will certainly be recommending this to my friends.
No matter what time I’d do shopping at Boots Bullring in Birmingham I felt no hesitation at all especially I am being served with this lady named “Beaulah” as without any doubt she is very helpful and she dealt my concerned on that time with good manner. I truly praised her positive attitude. WELL DONE to her.
I called into the Nottingham boots store to purchase some personalised cushions for Christmas presents. I feel I have to write about the excellent service I received from Amanda Parnham in the photography department sorting out my order. She put us (my husband and I) at ease straight away with her customer service and helped us sort out the order of 7 cushions which I would never been able to do without her.
I hear that a lot of photo departments in stores are closing down and I feel that would be a real shame as I certainly would have not ordered the cushions without her help
She was very professional in dealing with us and it is very easy to complain but credit should be given to her for her customer service.
