My wife and I both have a Mandiri Visa Platinum Card. We are extremely disappointed by the poor service we receive even though we are members of the Mandiri Visa Platinum Card for 8 years. In April 2017 we had to leave for Europe for a medical urgency. After returning in mid-April 2018 we noticed in June 2018 that we have NOT received our monthly statement nor any other for the following months. Before April 2017 we had received the monthly statements by mail without fail. We have complained at the mandiri prioritas office at the main Mandiri Bank Bali. In spite of promises to ensure that we get the monthly statements we still are waiting for them. Please advise what we have to do to get the monthly statements whereby we do not mind if they are sent by email. But we NEED these monthly statements for our own budgeting purposes and budget control. Thank you for your immediate attention and information.
On 2 occasions I have found $10,800 deposited to my checking account. I have no idea why??? The 5 Jul deposit was returned on 9 Jul—-on 31 Jul it was deposited again. Where is this coming from? Statement references Thermochem Indonesia and bank Mandiri. I have not had any business with anyone in Indonesia—–so, where is this $10,800 coming from?
