About Amsterdam Airport Duty Free
Duty free shops at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is found in all three terminals. They can be identified with the See Buy Fly brand. These outlets, located after the passport control, offer duty-free items with prices that apply to flights outside the European Union. See Buy Fly stores are open all seven days of the week. The shops at Schiphol Plaza are open every day from 7am to 11pm.
The duty free shops offer a two-year warranty on all items. Complaints with regard to a purchase or product must be made within 14 days. Payment for purchases can be made using cash (all major currencies), Traveller’s Cheques, American Express, JCB, Mastercard and Visa.
Passengers travelling within the European Union can leave their purchases for safekeeping. The service is free and the items will be stored up to 30 days.Those using the service will be given a slip with a collection ticket and a map to to find the Shop & Collect desk. Purchases can be collected any time of the day.
Did we mention you can now reserve your products online? Grab those special offers and discounts on products right on the website. After you reserve an item, an email confirmation will be sent to purchase on the day of departure. Products that can be shopped include watches, jewelry, fashion accessories, electronics, perfumes, travel items, gifts and souvenirs.

I was terribly disappointed by the quality of OPI nail polish I bought — chipped in a day, brush fell apart in another. With no way to return the products, I will NOT purchase this or other items from Amsterdam in the future. A disgruntled customer.
I am trying to contact the Duty Free Customer Care Service but seem unable to make that contact via all the email address I find!
