On 24-Aug-2019, I visited Tahweel Al Rajhi Makkah Street Al Khobar for obtaining the bank statement of my remittance status from April 2015 to Aug-2019. I got the statement after paying the fees and rushed to my residence without checking the completeness of the print. When I checked it the last row of the print was cut in the center of the cell with no clear information.
I again contacted the bank on Saturday 31-Aug-2019, but bank staff was not assisting and was asking for the additional fees for the re-print of the statement. I flatly refused to pay additional fees since it was print and system issue. The staff was totally non-cooperative and was not listening to me, only were asking for the additional fees. After some arguments bank manager agreed to solve the problem. He scanned the faulty paper of the statement and confirmed that he will send these faulty papers to head office for the correct print. He advised me to visit the bank on Sunday 01-Sep-2019, meanwhile bank will arrange the correct prints of the statement.
Today, 01-Sep-2019, I visited the bank at 14:10 pm, and as usual the manager was not in the bank and other staff did not oblige and asked bank will call you after receiving the email response from head office.
The behavior breaks the trust and promote the frustration among the visitor. Bank top management must take these sorts of matters very diligently in order to provide healthy customer services.
I am using Tahweel Al Rajhi from seven years and had big concern about the staff and their behavior.
