Air Seychelles began operations in the year 1978 and is the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles. With its main hub at Seychelles International Airport, the airline flies to over 10 destinations. Partly owned by Etihad Airways, the airline won a four-star rating from Skytrax in 2014.

As for domestic flights, there are close to 180 daily flights between Mahe and the island of Praslin. The VIP lounge can be booked on the website. There is also Premium Lounge that business class passengers and frequent flyer members can access to. For domestic flights, passengers are allowed to carry up to 20kg. Passengers of international flights have baggage allowance of upto 30kg in Economy Class. Passengers from Brazil, USA & Canada can carry two pieces of bags with up to 32kg each. One piece of hand luggage with maximum weight of 7kg can be carried additionally. Excess baggage rates will apply for those looking to carry more weight. Also, register for Etihad Guest that allows Silver, Gold and Platinum members to earn Etihad Guest miles every time they fly with Air Seychelles or partner airlines. Passengers enjoy lounge access, priority check-in and boarding, among other benefits.

I was travelling from Johannesburg to Hyderabad ,my booking number is GZNMVL and Flight numbers:HM60 &HM260.
Flight was delayed in Mahe Airport for 4 hours then we missed connecting flight in Mumbai and we waited more then 5 hours in Mumbai Airport as they booked lately flights.
They haven’ provided food and accommodation. There was no one to help us, it was bad customer service. Passengers were struggling to get the tickets for connecting flights.
They made us to stood at counter for more then 2 hours, tickets had to be booked before we reach Mumbai Airport but they booked later we reached in Mumbai airport.
Accommodation must be provided if there is a delay for more then 4 hours, but they didn’t provide any thing and didn’t respond well in Mumbai Airport.
Air hosts were very rude to passengers, they got poor communication skills.
I need a compensation for delay in both Mahe ,Mumbai Airport and I need compensation for not providing accommodation in Mumbai Airport for more then 4 hours delay.
