£60 charge for a luggage?
Disgraceful and shameful.
No other airline is charging that stupid amount.
The airline doesn have a shame whatsoever.
I would like to ask why I had to pay for a flight ticket at a vast expense as the girl at Malta airport told me that there was only one ticket left and it was business class. I explained that I was married to a pilot and I know that they normally overbook flights by 10% and would like to wait the three hours to see if there was a space in economy. She categorically said there were no spaces. She wasn’t very helpful and took £536.00 from me for a single flight in business class. When I was on the flight I went and had a look at the back and there were at least four spaces in economy and in business class at least 10 spaces.
I would like to know why I wasn’t allowed to book economy when there were plenty of seats available. I can’t afford the extortionate price I was charged especially when this wasn’t necessary. I have spoken to a legal company and I was mislead when I was sold the ticket. Please can you tell me what you are prepared to do about this.
